Very good and easy to use

I tested it on a low setting and thought it was faulty as it had no impact. So I upped the setting to 10 and noticed a change. I am happy with it. It came in it's own box with no outer packaging.

Was a little sceptible I have to admit but pleasantly suprised. After 3 weeks of regular use there has been a marked difference so I would recommend.

Anleitung auf mehreren Sprachen vorhanden und wie ich finde sehr verständlich. Ich habe das erste mal einen Bauchmuskelgürtel ausprobiert und freue mich über das Resultat. Ich mache auch so Sport, aber leider nicht so oft wie ich es mir wünschen würde und der Gürtel eignet sich unter anderem auch sehr gut um ihn an Tagen zu nutzen, an denen man einfach keine Zeit für ein Workout findet. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass der Gürtel mir hilft Bauchmuskeln aufzubauen. Ich werde ihn sicherlich auch weiterhin benutzen!

Desde hace un mes, aproximadamente, he estado usando este cinturón. Lo combino con dieta y ejercicio. Este cinturón usa la tecnología EMS mandan impulsos que simulan las contracciones que los músculos experimentan durante los entrenamientos con fuerza. El cinturón se puede adaptar a todo tipo de tallas y usarse en la zona abdominal, espalda, hombros, glúteos, pecho, etc. Puedo decir, después de este tiempo, que noto los abdominales más tersos y me está encantando ya que, de otro modo, creo que no lo habría conseguido. Lo que más me gusta es que tiene muchos programas e intensidades que ayudan a lograr tus objetivos. Tengo menos barriguita y la zona de abdominales más tersa que antes, nunca la había tenido así. Os lo recomiendo de verdad, super bien.

Il suffit de mettre les piles, brancher le boitier, d’installer les électrodes et de s’enrouler tel un wrap! Au niveau de l’électrostimulation elle-même, il existe 8 programmes différents qui varient du renforcement musculaire à l’étirement au massage relaxant.. Pour chaque programme il existe 18 intensités (je n’ai pas testé au delà de 8 car on ressent déjà très bien les contractions musculaires à ce niveau). La séance dure 15min, le boitier s’arrête automatiquement. Il est trop tôt pour parler d’efficacité sur le long terme mais en tout cas le produit est de qualité et conforme à ce que j’attendais.

Il prodotto in se ritengo sia valido, funziona con il telecomando, le batterie (incluse) da inserirvi dentro forniscono anche la carica alle placche (3 incluse) che devono essere applicate sulla cintura in base alla misura del girovita (si va dalla m alla xl più vi è una stringa da poter aggiungere per aumentare le dimensioni già presente all'interno della confezione. C'è anche il libretto delle istruzioni dove vengono spiegati tutti e 8 i programmi preimpostati oltre che le classiche info di routine. Ogni volta che viene impostato il programma (premendo il primo tasto a sinistra del telecomando) si può poi impostare anche l'intensità (usare i due tasti centrali del telecomando). USABILITA': Ho trovato questo prodotto veramente semplice da usare, intuitivo nell'impostare la modalità e la relativa intensità. Facile anche l'utilizzo mentre si effettuano altri esercizi (io la uso mentre faccio pesi con le braccia). Unica pecca le batterie vengono parecchio sfruttate quindi consiglio l'utilizzo di un paio ricaricabile (classiche stilo aaa). CONCLUSIONI: Scrivo questa recensione a distanza di un mesetto dall'acquisto, devo dire che ho avuto i risultati attesi (sia chiaro, non è una cosa magica che si mette su e sparisce la pancia). Ritengo che sia molto utile per buttare giù grasso addominale ed aumentare massa muscolare. Ovviamente va utilizzata in contemporanea ad un esercizio fisico, se no è inutile come andare in palestra tutti i giorni e sfondarsi di schifezze la sera. Secondo me ne vale la pena se siete interessati ad un aiuto nella vostra attività di fitness. La marca inoltre è seria, ho provato anche dei loro integratori e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto.
