Not all melatonin is created equal. Some help you go to sleep but doesn’t last long, some don’t help at all, and some have too much melatonin in them. I’ve been taking this one for a long time, and it works. It helps me fall asleep, and I usually sleep through the night. The combo of melatonin and l-theanine are the perfect combo for this. The price is very reasonable and they taste great as they dissolve in your mouth. 6 mg of melatonin is not too high, but if you want to take less, you can always break it in half, no problem. Will continue to purchase this product!

Works fabulously! I take it and I’m asleep in 1/2 hour. Melatonin alone did not work for me. This product does. I even share with my husband now who tried it and it works for him. There are no side effects from this product except for sleep. If o do wake up in the middle of the night, if needed I take another but it is not very often.

THE best Natrol Melatonin product out there!!! I have tried SO many types of Melatonin and sleep aids and THIS is the one that works best for me. I love that it is a FAST DISSOLVE tablet, so they work quickly and they smell and taste great!! They contain 6mg of Melatonin, but they also contain L-Theanine as well as a Botanical Blend, and together, it works GREAT!! The perfect amount of Melatonin for me, but these can easily be broken in half, and taken as 3mg to start with or for in the middle of the night wake ups (since Natrol stopped making the 3A.M.😭) when you don't need the full 6 mg. I always keep one beside my bed at night, and if I happen to wake, which is not very often unless I have had a very stressful day and have a lot on my mind or have had a lot of caffeine that day, I can easily just reach over and take a bit of the tablet, however much I might need, depending on what time it is, without having to wake myself up even more, by having to get to take a pill form with water or get a sugary gummy all over my teeth that I have just brushed before bed. I've noticed lately, I am unable to find these anywhere anymore, only a similar one in GUMMY form, but I HATE gummies, why would I want to eat a gummy before going to bed or if I wake in the night? GUMMIES not only contain SUGAR which completely defeats the purpose of taking Melatonin to get to SLEEP, but gummies also contain SODIUM, Carbohydrates and CALORIES as well! I seriously hope they are not discontinuing these and replacing them with Gummies. I will be SO upset if they do!! Not to mention I will have to start ALL over again, trying to find something else that works, because the Natrol Calm Sleep Gummies are NOT the same. Read the labels!! AND you get 60 tablets in each bottle of the Fast Dissolve and only need to take ONE, which is good value for your money. With the gummies, yes you get 60 as well, but you have to take TWO, so the gummies are not good value for your money at all! It feels like everytime I find a good Fast Dissolve Natrol product that works, they discontinue it. So if you read this Natrol, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not discontinue this product!! I am begging you!!

I've been using gummies with melatonin for a while now. These are so much easier! They don't have that horrid fake taste to them and they dissolve really quick. I used to get these in the gummies, and this is my new go to. They really do help you calm down after a bad day and help you sleep. I wish I had gone these sooner!

I take it 30 min before bedtime. I fall asleep. Sometimes it works and sleep through the night. Sometimes I have trouble staying asleep. I still wake up at 3am. It does have a vitamin aftertaste.

I've tried similar products that sort of worked but this stuff really puts me to sleep and keeps me there. I do wake up groggy in the morning though. The dissolvable pill is convenient and tastes pretty good. Definitely recommend if you can get past the grogginess.

***Allergy warning!*** Product now contains wheat / gluten. Been using this brand for years and they were always proudly gluten free. Noticed my recent deliveries now state Contains: Wheat on the label.
