It's perfect. Practically brand new cosmetically, so it looks beautiful. I really appreciated the packaging the phone was secure and protected, but still easy to open. To address the other reviews. It did run hot on initial start up, but I believe its because the phone is busy with alot of background processes and downloading alot of base applications at once. I've been using it for 5 days since opening and its never run hot since first turning it on. I also play video games on it via Xbox Cloud gaming and Sunshine never got hot then either. Everything with the phone works perfectly. Screen, cameras, buttons, speakers, microphone, battery life, and switching my service over to it was easy peasy with no hiccups. Genuinely there's no negative part of my experience. I'm loving my phone. Happy with the price I paid for it. If this seller also has a listing for the newer galaxies in the future. I'd come back to them for my upgrade down the line.

I am very pleased with my refurbished Samsung Galaxy S23 5G cell phone. The lavender is a pretty color. It is like new! I looked it over with a magnifying glass and there were no scratches on it at all! I have been using it for three months and it works great! The processor works really fast in this phone.

I'd say overall I'm pleased. It is faster and has more memory than my A53. Even with a smaller screen the display still looks good. Only downside is the battery running down quicker even with power saving on. The SIM/eSIM feature comes in very handy with easy setup and multiple accounts. Works with Verizon and T-Mobile just fine. Mostly filled bars and 5G connectivity. Being unlocked is just icing on the cake.

I purchased this Galaxy renewed S23 5G for my husband because his phone was junk and and the battery barely held a charge anymore. I have an S23 FE and he likes mine, but the FE doesn't have enough storage like this one does, so I figured this would be perfect for him. It's unlocked so you can use it with any carrier (we use T-Mobile and it was a breeze to take it in and transfer everything from his old phone over to this new one. The phone is incredibly lightweight. Much smaller and lighter than my S23 FE. I am jealous now become I like this one batter, especially the lavender color. Because it's 5G , Internet speeds and app downloads are fast. The screen is in impeccable condition, no scratches or dents. The entire phone is in immaculate condition. The only reason I'm deducting 1 ⭐, is because the battery isn't what we were hoping for. It drains fast, doesn't hold a charge all day. With that being said, I have to be completely transparent and acknowledge the fact that my husband never puts his phone down. He's on this phone more than not. And he does a lot of gaming on it and watches a lot of social media videos, so that very well could be contributing to the battery draining faster. I'm going to have to try to pry it away from him while he's sleeping and check his settings because he's technically challenged and has been known to keep location on 24/7 and use other options or settings that can cause the battery to drain quicker. But aside from the battery, the phone is like new, and takes beautiful pictures and videos. I think it was a good value for what you get. Update: So my husband has had this phone for a few weeks and he's complaining about the battery draining quickly. I thought I had ordered Amazon Renewed Premium, and realized that I only ordered renewed. This is where the difference is with regards to the battery. My mistake that my husband won't let me forget about.

This phone is a gem; despite being refurbished, it's like new. I'm really happy with my purchase. 👌

Updated review: defective USB Port. After the intermittent charging issue, I began to get a "moisture detected" error (despite the phone being clean and dry) that would not resolve and became persistent to the point where it would not accept any USB charger. Thankfully it carries the 90-day return policy. I will try an exchange with the same seller and report back. This phone was listed as "good," but seems excellent cosmetically and functionally (battery, touch, speed, etc.) At first I was concerned because the phone came with zero charge and 2 of my chargers didn't work when plugged in (minus 1 start). After swapping cables and Google research, eventually I cleaned the battery port with compressed air and everything now seems to charge properly. Wireless charging works great with compatible case. Battery life is excellent. Fully unlocked- inserted SIM and my carrier apps loaded. No qualms with a like new flagship phone for under $300...90 day return policy gives some peace of mind. Will definitely go this route again when shopping for a new phone.

This phone worked well for a few months then stopped charging. I had to replace usb port. Charges ok now.

I pucharest this phone about a year ago and it was a great buy! Im with public mobile in Ontario, and had no issues setting up my phone. I popped my Sim in and had better service than before. It came with a charger. It works great and I've had no issues with it. When I first turned it on and was setting it up thought that battery died quickly but after charging it fully a couple of times it actually lasts over a full day. Id give a refurbished line a try if the budgets tight or your like me and cant stand the thought of dumping over 1000$ on a new phone.

Phone was in excellent condition. Sim card hole was hard to find and no instructions, but that's what Google is for.

Compré este teléfono como regalo para mi madre pero honestamente se sentía tan bien al configurarlo para ella que quise comprar uno también para mí, es un teléfono muy bueno y gracias a su tamaño se siente muy bien tenerlo en las manos, mi madre dice que quedó fascinada. Sobre su condición como reacondicionado, realmente es algo extraño recibir un teléfono en un empaque que no es el original, sin embargo, si esto no es relevante no hay ningún problema, el dispositivo está como nuevo, eso sí, al clonar la información y apps de el teléfono obsoleto a este, sufrió un sobrecalentamiento por la gran carga de procesamiento, pero esto no se ha repetido en ninguna ocasión, la cámara funciona y verdaderamente llegó liberado y sin ligar a ninguna compañía, me pareció una gran compra!
