It's perfect. Practically brand new cosmetically, so it looks beautiful. I really appreciated the packaging the phone was secure and protected, but still easy to open. To address the other reviews. It did run hot on initial start up, but I believe its because the phone is busy with alot of background processes and downloading alot of base applications at once. I've been using it for 5 days since opening and its never run hot since first turning it on. I also play video games on it via Xbox Cloud gaming and Sunshine never got hot then either. Everything with the phone works perfectly. Screen, cameras, buttons, speakers, microphone, battery life, and switching my service over to it was easy peasy with no hiccups. Genuinely there's no negative part of my experience. I'm loving my phone. Happy with the price I paid for it. If this seller also has a listing for the newer galaxies in the future. I'd come back to them for my upgrade down the line.

Surprisingly shows up in PERFECT condition. Looks brand new right out of the box. Works perfectly, no issues. Battery also perfect. Searched for moths before finding this seller - fantastic!

The phone looks, feels, and performs like new. I could not find any damage or scratches. I put the sim card in and it immediately connected to my network. Partner hates the color lavender but that's what cases are for.

I love my new Galaxy s23 I had a Galaxy s24 that I had for less than 2 months when it crapped out and refused to take a charge so since it was under warranty I send it back and I ended up getting an s23 instead. The screen is smaller but it works like a dream everything runs fast and smooth so far no problems downloaded all of my information from my other phone beautifully no problems. The other phone in addition to its refusing to take a charge it didn't run smooth and for something that was 512 GB it ran slow even though I had used only 156 GB out of the 512 GB. Both phones were renewed but it seems like the job was done better on the s23 and it runs like a brand new phone should. The s23 phone I bought through Amazon renewed phone services the other was through a third party and I believe that Amazon renewed actually put a new battery in this phone and I don't think the other service did. All said except for a couple of small scratches on the screen the case is in beautiful condition. I didn't notice any real scratches just a few slight tiny scratches you can barely see around where the charger fits in and out which is to be expected but other than that the thing looks and acts and runs like a brand new phone. And yes I would recommend Amazon renew to anyone looking to buy a phone and wants a good phone but needs to watch their budget. unless you want and can afford a brand new phone.

Haverly Store Review on S23 Phone purchase: 10/23/2024 (approximately): After purchasing an S23 from the seller in May 2024, five months later phone mysteriously stops working, months after we had purchased and had been using the phone without issue. I called our phone carrier to find out what the issue was and they stated that the account that originally purchased this device was canceled due to non-payment. This account is associated with the IMEI number. So the phone carrier had blocked that specific IMEI number due to non-payment. This indicated that the seller had sold a phone with an outstanding balance. 10/24/2024: We contacted the seller asking them to correct the issue so that we might resume using the phone. According to our phone carrier, the only way for the IMEI number to be unblocked is for the account balance to be zero balance. The seller states that because the 90 warranty window had passed that they could not address the issue. We respond saying we were sold a phone with an outstanding balance and that we were not aware of this until the phone stopped working a few days ago. Had we known of the issue, we would have reached out to them sooner. 10/25/2024: Seller: "We are sorry to hear that But this order is from May 2024 and it already passed our 90 days warranty period. Any issue should had reported within that window. Please contact Samsung store or go to your local carrier shop for tech support" Me: The phone does not have any technical issues, it’s simply locked because of non-payment. Can you please address the reasons behind the non-payment? I purchased your phone through Amazon, yet the IMEI has been locked for non-payment. Can you please address the reason for the non-payment issue? Would you or your representative be willing to get on a conference call with T mobile to help address the non-payment lock on the phone’s IMEI number? Seller: The phone is for T-Mobile only. Did you try to insert your sim card to the phone and try it out? Can you able to make / receive calls? Me: Since May 2024, after receiving the phone from you, we had a SIM card installed in the phone and the phone was working fine and able to make phone calls and messages. Then, two days ago, I wasn’t able to make phone calls or send messages. We called T-Mobile and they informed us that the phone’s IEMI was locked because of non-payment. Please help resolve this non-payment issue. T mobile states that a previous carrier has locked the IEMI number due to non-payment. At this point I reached out to Amazon for some help dealing with the seller, who was not addressing the IMEI lock on the phone and kept referring back to the fact that the 90-day warranty window had passed. 10/30/2024 Seller: Thank you for contacting us. This phone is for T-Mobile only. Have you try to insert your T-Mobile sim card to the phone directly and try to using it? At this point, I lost my patience and had to call Amazon customer service, which then sent refund requests to the A-Z guarantee group, who kept rejecting it because they didn't seem to understand the specifics of the case. I had to speak to an Amazon supervisor several times to actually get a refund for the phone. I finally obtained a refund on 11/19/2024. Conclusion, beware of this seller. They had at least one phone in their inventory with an unpaid account balance. Who knows how many more phones with unpaid balances they have. If this happens and you don't realize it before the 90-day windows has passed, they will not give you a refund and you will have to battle it out with Amazon reps and supervisors for several weeks before you get your money back.

Phone is literally in new condition. Not one blemish. Transferred everything with ease from old phone and signed up on Verizon visible with no Sim card needed used an "eSim." We're cooking. Thanks!

I purchased this refurbished phone for my daughter. It arrived in fantastic condition. No scratches or other signs of wear. It was unlocked and ready to setup, which was a breeze. Everything is working perfectly. I have the same phone and it has served me well. I am very happy with this purchase.

I was very pleased with the quality of this refurbished phone. It was rated as "good", but once I unwrapped it, I was amazed to find it looking like a new phone. Very fast processor and a great camera. The screen is bright and charges quickly. I am very pleased so far!

This phone worked well for a few months then stopped charging. I had to replace usb port. Charges ok now.

Owned this unit for a few weeks now. Going to review it now that I've got a good feel for it. Did a few tests to see if this refurbished unit was still close to new specifications. As the listing stated. The product was in really good condition. A few minor cosmetic scratches on the bumper sections of the phone. But, since I always case my phones it's of little concern to me. Looking at the screen. I dont see any screen burns. Did a quick test with different hues and flat screen colors. Not a single blemish. The cell phone was factory restarted correctly. Though I have read a few comments in the reviews of that not not being the case. Even the Sim slot appears to have no scratches on them (usually signs of multiple swaps. I.E. multiple owners). Finally. The battery. Tested with my own USB to USB-C draw and recharge test about a week after normal to heavy usage. Comparing the actual number to the oem Samsung specification. Three tests all within 95-97% of what the O.E. stats it should be. Which is perfect since I am usually outside for work. All in all. A really great refurbished unit. Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely purchase another as a spare in the future. For the price. You really can't go wrong.

Product was in great condition. Cosmetic and functional damage was minimal, if even present. "Excellent" condition requires a minimum of 80% battery capacity still available. When I first got this phone (a month and a half ago), it was at 99% capacity. The one thing I was slightly annoyed by, was that the phone price went down by $180 in that time. Though, given the exemplary condition it's in, I think the premium was nonetheless worth it.
