There is enough cod liver oil in each capsule to match what my doctor recommended. The capsules keep you away from tasting the fish oil, and they're relatively small and easy to swallow. I have taken some form of cod liver oil for a long time, and these are as good as any.

I am so glad that this option was available so I didn’t have to taste the liquid one. This one was in a capsule that had no taste and was size that was easy for me to swallow. The cap and seal was easy to remove and there was no overwhelming fishy smell. Overall, I think it could reduced inflammation in my body.

So I thought, “Great! I’ll just chug the ocean and be happy!”I grabbed a bottle. Opened it. Immediately realized why the Norwegians are tougher than the rest of us.The smell alone cured my will to live.Not in the good way, more like, “Wow, I never want to die because that would require me to open this bottle again.”But I persisted.
