Good price for what it is.
There is enough cod liver oil in each capsule to match what my doctor recommended. The capsules keep you away from tasting the fish oil, and they're relatively small and easy to swallow. I have taken some form of cod liver oil for a long time, and these are as good as any.

Overall, A Good Product.
I am so glad that this option was available so I didn’t have to taste the liquid one. This one was in a capsule that had no taste and was size that was easy for me to swallow. The cap and seal was easy to remove and there was no overwhelming fishy smell. Overall, I think it could reduced inflammation in my body.

Rainn Wilson Approved… Jello Not Included
I would like to personally thank Rainn Wilson, yes, that Rainn Wilson, a.k.a. Dwight Schrute, a.k.a. the world’s most intense beet salesman, for sending me down the strangest self-improvement rabbit hole of my life. While watching his new Peacock series The Geography of Bliss, Rainn casually mentions cod liver oil like it’s the secret ingredient to eternal joy, inner peace, and maybe even a better credit score. Suddenly I’m on Google at 1:12 a.m. searching, “Does fish juice cure depression???”Well… plot twist… apparently it kind of can help.Cod liver oil is packed with omega-3s and vitamins A & D, stuff that research has linked to improved mood, reduced anxiety, and overall better brain vibes. So I thought, “Great! I’ll just chug the ocean and be happy!”I grabbed a bottle. Opened it. Immediately realized why the Norwegians are tougher than the rest of us.The smell alone cured my will to live. Not in the good way, more like, “Wow, I never want to die because that would require me to open this bottle again.”But I persisted. For Rainn. For science. For my mental health. And honestly? After a couple weeks of taking it (and trying not to breathe while I do), I do feel a little brighter. A little less anxious. A little more “maybe life is good” and a little less “why is the dishwasher making that noise again?”Cod liver oil hasn’t solved all my problems, but it’s definitely given my brain a nutritional pep talk.So thank you, Rainn Wilson, for inspiring me to taste something that can only be described as “liquified capsulated fish eccense.” My mental state is improving, my joints feel 19% younger, (According to my calculations, I’m now 27) and I now have the confidence of a Viking who wrestles glaciers for fun, heck and I might even start up a beet farm now.Final Verdict:If happiness came in a bottle, it would probably smell a lot better……but cod liver oil might be the closest thing we’ve got.Take each pill responsibly. Preferably near an open window.
