Very effective

I've been using this supplement for a couple years now at this point. I take 1 in the AM before I lift and 1 at night before bed. What I did notice with initial use is a seemingly easier recovery with less soreness between lifting sets. Additionally, because I didn't notice any fatigue I've been able to increase both the intensity, duration and frequency of my lifting sets.

I have been taking this supplement for over 1 months now. I took a month off from it, and I definitely felt some changes/lows in my energy levels. I am a clean eater, no caffeine 100% and I workout daily so I believe this product to actually work. Now I am not sure about the testosterone. Supposedly it's studied to show increase in testosterone levels naturally. The plant blend in this capsule is known to be supplemented by body builders, and some athletes.

I can definitely feel a boost in my energy, pump, stamina, strength and endurance. One should definitely have a break within periods of time and get to know about this supplement before usage. Personally for me it had great effects, but inform yourself before taking it.
