Can these metatarsal pads be worn inside everyday shoes?

Yes — the slim sleeve design fits comfortably inside most sneakers, casual shoes, and work footwear without adding bulk.

Are these suitable for both women and men?

Absolutely. The stretchy fabric accommodates most adult foot sizes for both men and women.

Will these sleeves help with pressure under the ball of the foot?

The gel insert adds cushioning under the ball of the foot, helping improve comfort during standing, walking, or long hours in shoes.

Can the metatarsal pads be worn during workouts or longer walks?

Many customers use them while walking, running errands, or being active. The sleeve helps keep the gel pad in place during movement.

Will the pads help reduce friction in the forefoot area?

Yes — the gel pad helps create a smoother surface under the ball of the foot, which can help reduce rubbing during daily activities.
