I gave this sleep mask to my brother who suffers from headaches. He’s used it cold for headaches and warm when he needs to relax. He loves it. He said it blocks out all the light and is soft on the face but does put a little pressure on the nose. Pros: • Hot/cold options • Full blackout • Comfortable Cons: • Slight pressure on the nose Verdict: Great for headaches or winding down.

I love this with an absolute passion. It’s great for migraines as well as just overall regulating when you’re overwhelmed. The fact that my eyelashes don’t hit the mask but it still fully blocks all of the light is the reason I am in love. I hate eye masks normally!!

Love this! The weight helps with anxiety and aids me falling asleep. I work 12s so I throw it in the freezer when I get home and in an hour or so it’s the perfect temp to go to bed. I can’t see any light through it and my eyes don’t feel squished. It’s comfy when room temperature as well.

I purchased 1 of these and put it in my freezer. I tried it and unfortunately was disappointed in only 1 thing...it only stays cold for a few minutes. 5 or less. I thought it had a gel in it like the caps they have. It doesn't. I purchased a second one to see if it was only the first one that was not working. Nope, the second one only stays cold for a few minutes. They stay in my freezer. Yet get warm in only a few minutes of wearing it. They are comfortable. They are NOT light weight. They for me at least are heavy. But if you adjust them it doesn't sit on your nose bridge to heavily. I do like that they block out light, but I could have purchased a regular sleep mask for cheaper that would do that. Over all they are good for a few minutes to give you cold relief, great if you want a light blocking sleep mask.

This is a well made mask, but I can't wear this because the opening for the nose isn't cut high enough into the mask for me over the bridge of my nose. The eye pad coverage is excellent because it comfortably covers the entire eye area, but it comes down onto the top of my cheeks and presses down into the top of my nose and it's very annoying and restricts my breathing, so I never used it. Might possibly be better suited for a man with a larger face than an average woman's face?
