The creatine arrived quickly and was well packaged. It seems to do what it is supposed to do (a bit early to tell). My only problem is with the taste. I know most people on here say it has no taste, but I'm assuming that these are the same type of people who think black coffee tastes good. After trying water, apple juice, cran/grape juice and orange juice, I finally found something that hides the bitter taste...tomato juice. BTW, it does mix fairly well with no grittiness.

I was new to taking creatine. I purchased this product based on the reviews and the price because it’s such a deal what would I have to lose? It’s completely tasteless. It mixes pretty well into cold liquids but I prefer it in warm because it’s absolutely traceless. By day 8 my muscles were visibly more visible and had a slight ache in some but for me that was great because it meant it was working. I feel like the strength of it is legit and definitely does work. I haven’t felt any side effects. It definitely gave me an energy boost when I started my workouts and also I notice that when I clean up around the house I’m getting more accomplished. I had hip surgery a number of years ago and I am not as tight and limited in range of motion anymore. I am able to workout much harder without all the painful recovery periods. The value is amazing even thought the container is your average small size. I’ll definitely be ordering more.

It dissolves easily. No taste. I only use 5 g but you do what you want. It really helps me on my glp1 journey. No gastric upset, you can put it in your coffee or shake. No grittiness. Smooth. I love this.

Really good!!! No taste no smell… I put it in my coffee every morning. I don’t sit down at work for almost 8 hrs. And my legs are strong. I’m being taking it for a few months already. I really recommend it!!!!

Travel size packs. Mixes well. They all taste like garbage, so no biggie. Product works. Buy it, if you need travel size packets.

Brilliant form of creatine and my personal favourite - I'm not a fan of flavoured powders or mixing performance enhancers in water, I personally like to put creatine in my tea or coffee in the morning and this works perfectly for me. It's essentially flavourless (perhaps only ever so slightly bitter but not enough to alter the taste of a drink completely), dissolves very quickly especially in hot water, allowing me to get my intake at the same time as I have my morning beverage. Of course this also mixes perfectly with water or juice, it's not chalky or gritty, and one spoonful includes one serving which I love as other powders tend to be two scoops per serving, making whatever beverage you mix it in quite grainy - this however is soluble and great value for money in my opinion. Will definitely be purchasing again!
