I purchased this for hot fermentation for back pain and it was very happy with the product. I got good amount of comfort for my back pain. This is much better than the heating pads. It comes with liquid, probably water only filled inside. Takes around 5mins to completely heat up and with auto cut-of feature along with an led on the plug to indicate the status. Stays warm for good over 20mins. Reducing one star as it did not come in a sealed state. One thing that one need to be carefully about is while applying the bag after heating if the lid covering the heating pins moves and the pins come in contact with skin, one will feel a sharp burning sensation.

One bottle got shot and never worked after 15 days!

Value for money, keep warm for long time

Product quality is out standing. If hot once it will work upto 1 hour and I like the catching mechanism easy to handle. Over all adequate and worthy product.
