Bilingual laptop that you can translate to English. It does translate but only in a few activities. Pogrammes Written in German under screen, so have no clue what to press for what program she wanted to do. Returned item as so disappointing

Screw missing
Bought for my 5 year old daughter for Xmas, the screw to the battery compartment is missing and I don’t have a screw to fit, this is very dangerous as I don’t want my 5 yr old having any access to batteries as this could be a fatal choking hazard

Laptop seemed fine until opened to use. It’s not engkish! And all the writing on the buttons are not English either

For some reason item comes and being in the uk came speaking a different language and all the instructions on the front are in German very strange

How do you get English ? It's just German or French . Waste of money .
