The price was very reasonable for what was received. I bought it for the tune "the unicorn". It seems to be paper covered and I suspect it will not withstand rough handling, including overwinding. The box is small - the inside is about a dollar bill size. I personally bought it to be a surrogate cash box at a craft fair as it fit the theme. It will not be used at the craft fair because my 86 year old mother saw it and fell in love with it. Little music boxes with a spinning figure result in so much nostalgia. It isn't just for children - it could be such a clever gift box for any age.

My 2 yr old granddaughter was so excited when she opened it. She lives for unicorns. Very cute, music is clear, unicorn spins smoothly. The box is made well. Pictures are clear. The necklace and bracelet are stretchy so she can put them on and take them off by herself. They have held up well because she stretches them as big as they go multiple times a day since the day it arrived. I would definitely purchase it again as well as recommend it to anyone.

I bought this little music box and jewelry for my friend's granddaughter. When they traveled from Washington State to Missouri she gave it to her. Charlotte said it was the perfect gift and she loved it she is 8 years old. My 5-year-old granddaughter saw it before we sent it off and she wants one too. it is very cute.
