Cons: - Expensive (but worth it). - A little bit tall when using the wet/dry head which can make it hard to clean under the edges of cabinets if they have a low clearance from the floor. - Takes quite some space for the dock with all the attachments and different heads. Just a couple of months ago I used only a regular broom followed by a mop to clean our apartment (I live with my GF, a long-haired cat, and a Chihuahua) and I did it twice per week, every time it took about 1.5 to 2 hours in cleaning every time, I was so tired of doing this so I finally bought a robot vacuum cleaner (Roborock Q Revo) and that changed my life… set up a 4 times per week schedule and the apartment had never been so clean and I got back those hours to do other stuff. But even though I was so happy with it, vacuum robots still have some limitations and I still did a weekly deep clean with broom and mop. Again I was so tired of using those that I decided to buy this Dyad Pro Combo, which I think changed my life... again! It’s like having a broom and a mop simultaneously but more powerful and does not require all the hard work a broom and a mop take (It's not hard on my back and shoulders). It vacuums and mops the floor in one go and it even has a cleaning solution container that automatically dispenses it without you having to dilute anything like you have to on a robot vacuum. Everything feels so automatic and smart. It has a sensor where it tells you if the floor is dirty and if it is, it automatically increases the power on the device to suck up and clean the surface in a better way. So no more guesswork to do to find out if your floor is clean or if it still needs more vacuum action. Robot vacuums are not that good for corner cleaning and can’t clean big wet messes in your home, this device solves those 2 problems. It sucks up the long thin cat hair and small thick chihuahua hair without any problems, cleans kitchen messes like ketchup, cooking oils, and vegetable residues after doing the week's meal prep with ease and the self-cleaning feature makes cleaning and maintaining the device so easy for you. But you can achieve all that with the regular Dyad Pro, this is the combo version which has several extra heads and attachments you can easily switch for you to have everything you need to keep the whole house and even car interior clean and dust-free. I use these different attachments to clean the furniture in my home, beds, curtains, and even my car interior! I had a cheap $30 battery vacuum to clean my car but its suction power was lacking pretty bad so in the end I rarely used it, now with this it’s a day and night difference! This gives you more than enough power to clean and vacuum everything you throw to it making you save time, keeping clean your house and car. The app is the same one I use for my Q Revo, you connect to the vacuum by scanning a QR code, and with that, you can select and customize all the different modes and options of the vacuum, dock, self-cleaning, and self-drying. It’s a well-thought, user-friendly app as it can be. In conclusion, I firmly believe this product is worth it and it will be a great investment that will hopefully last for years and it will make the tedious task of house cleaning easier.

It does not matter what I do to prevent the gross smell that comes from this machine. I thought the drying system would help with the gross smell that these sort of products produce. I thought wrong. It does clean well and my floors do dry fast as it does not leave a ton of water behind like my previous machine. The vacuum is what I was mostly excited for. I do love that I have the vacuum in hand with little effort. If I were to look to purchase again I would not purchase this unit. I do not recommend at all. Overly priced smelly machine.

Update on April 15th. It does not have suction at all. Can’t suck an ain’t or crum with hand held vacuum. It’s horrible. I think the brushes at the bottom mops other wise there is no suction. I’ve been using the Roborock for a month now, and it’s been great for my needs as a vacuum and mop combo. With a 3-year-old at home, spills and crumbs are a daily occurrence. Cleaning up milk and water spills manually with paper towels used to take a lot of time, but the Roborock has made it much easier. I appreciate that it has a dedicated section for cleaning liquid, ensuring it doesn’t mix with the water tank. The device is lightweight, which is convenient but also makes me a bit cautious about its durability. That said, the material quality seems decent so far. One downside is the holding stand—it lacks good functionality, and the arm that holds the vacuum rod keeps coming loose, which can be frustrating. There are multiple settings for different cleaning needs, and while the suction is decent for light cleaning, it’s not very strong. It works better on hard flooring than on carpets, likely because of how the front roller is designed. The roller could be raised slightly to better handle the transition between floor and carpet materials. Some minor issues include the machine attachment process—it’s not as smooth as I’d like, requiring precise placement to get the click. Additionally, if you need to take a break, don’t leave the vacuum propped against a wall as it tends to fall. Instead, laying it flat on the floor is a safer option. Overall, it’s a great product with room for improvement in a few areas. The Roborock saves time and effort for light cleaning tasks, especially in a busy household with kids.

I am very impressed with the performance of this machine. I have 3 years of buildup on my floors, and 3 years of frustration with products failing to get the deeper dirt out. My floors are coretec that are very light in color, similar to white oak. I bought my house as new construction and was thrilled with my beautiful light flooring. But over time, no matter how much cleaning I did, sometimes needing to clean my floors by hand, I became more frustrated that I couldn't find a cleaner or product to work. Not to mention it's too hard on my back and I'm getting too old for that. My floors developed a grayness that only bleach would remove. That's not an option to use thought because it will ruin the floors. I initially bought a cheaper machine and although it helped there was still buildup that I could see. My problems are over now with this excellent cleaner! It cleans deeper, most likely from the turbo option and double roller system it has. And my floors are restored to their original beauty and cleanliness. It's expensive and worth every penny. There are options to pay over time to help make it more affordable. I also love that it comes with its own stick dry vac, and accessories that help you clean just about every surface in a home, except carpet. It also has voice guidance which although not a necessary feature it's still nice to have so you know battery is running low or waste water needs to be dumped, or when the self cleaning mode has finished. I'm so glad I gave in and bought this, and would highly recommend.

I have had this Roborock Dyad Pro Combo for several months at this point. I like it. It makes short work of a decent vacuuming and mopping. I do need to do an edge vacuuming with the hard floor head to get under the edges of my cabinet before using the mop/vac. I use the small vacuum head to get the bulk of the fur off my couch covers before I wash them and it works well for that if I pull the cover tight. I tried using it to vacuum in my car and it was not strong enough to do much. The hard floor vacuum head does not work well on my thin ruggable rugs; I don't think it work on rugs period, the rollers just stop and can't keep going over them and that is on a rug without pile. Overall I like it for the sale price I got it for on a Prime Day; I'm not sure it would be worth the full price to me.

It worked amazing when I bought it (the wet vacuum) then it stop working n it kept showing E-5. Tried looking it up but nothing. The dry vacuum that doesn't pick up dirt. As you can see in the video. I pushed forward pick up some debris then I pushed it back n it sweep the dirt behind the vacuum. I had to laugh not to get upset that I never notice ridiculous. I am disappointed in every way. It wasn't even over 2 month when it stop working. Waste of money(want my money Baaaack!!!) I hope the owners read this n fix the problems. Oh n if you call to get it fixed under the warranty you have to pay out of your pocket to ship it . Oh n they won't tell you were unless you send the video n go from there. I am in San Antonio,TX. Wanted to know if they had a shop in TX where I can take it but he could not answer if there was one in TX. I think I received a demo or someones return. the dry vacuum Oh boy when they made it they didn't realize that the dry vacuum was pushing dirt back like a squeegee. Really made me sooo mad!!! 😠 😡 😤 😣 never felt so hard for a vacuum to disappoint me in this way. A two month life expend.....Whyyyyy!!! I have 3 dogs n still looking for my dream wet/dry vacuum 😔

The mop/vac works great, although there's a lot of work to get it cleaned after using. I was really impressed the first time I used the vacuum because I could see the difference between where I had vacuumed and where I hadn't. Unfortunately, the vacuum stopped working after only 2 weeks. The customer service people were very responsive when I contacted them about it, however, I didn't know the answers to all their questions, so I dropped the matter. I have heard that there are places you can take them in, but I'm not sure where to find them in my area. The duster and the cushion vacuum worked well and weren't too heavy. I ended up leaving the set in our RV and buying a self-cleaning RoboRock mop/vac for our house. That tells you that I'm happy with the brand, but I had bad luck with the vacuum cleaner.

After charging for several hours, the battery level remained at 0. There are obvious scratches on the product, and there is no plastic packaging on the internal items. A return has been initiated

Inicialmente, mi experiencia con el producto fue satisfactoria, generando una gran complacencia. No obstante, al décimo mes de uso, la batería dejó de retener carga, indicando un 0%. Al contactar al vendedor, se me informó que no ofrecen servicios de reparación en México, no asumen los costos de envío de la pieza y solo proponen un reembolso parcial del 10%. Considerando que la marca es líder en el mercado y el producto se promociona como de alta calidad, la durabilidad y el servicio de garantía del vendedor, de gran prestigio, resultan decepcionantes. Esta situación menoscaba la credibilidad y la confianza, desincentivando futuras adquisiciones.

Se aspira y trapea muy rápido, buen nivel de limpieza

Justo cumplí 1 año y la batería se descargo rápidamente y ya me fue imposible cargarla. Contacte al proveedor el cual se deslindo y comento que ya no entraba en garantía, a los 4 meses tuve problemas porque dejaba rastro de agua sucia y lo solucione cambiando el rodillo. Pero de 1 día a otro ya no funcionó. Pésimo servicio del proveedor que no se hagan responsable por sus fallas y te dejen con el problema. Debido a que el producto no es nada económico. Los accesorios son difícil de embonar y muy frágiles.
