Solved my issue
Product was delivered on time . Product came with zero charge . Connected and kept on charging for whole day . Initially it was showing 100% charge but not given any backup . Once after competing a full day charging and recharge the the battery % started showing realistic and given decent backup . Over all happy . Please have patience to get it complete one charging and discharging cycle to assess the battery status .
