I sent the product back due to the horrible smell. Higher grade tea tree oil has a pleasant lite pine scent. This stuff smells like a gas station bathroom where they tried to cover the urine smell with cheap pine oil and it didn’t work. **Q: What city or country is this product being manufactured?** A: New York, NY, USA **Q: Can this be mixed with oils?** A: It's very light and fresh feeling..absorbs into skin very nicely..I'm not exactly sure if it can be mixed with oils..I havent tried that yet.. **Q: Does this grow my hair when i use it ??
