This area is a frequent entry point for termites that have come up on the outside of the foundation wall. - Acts as a non-chemical barrier to all insects when properly constructed as part of the building envelope. Also acts as a barrier to water and energy leaks. - 4", 6", and 9" are available for flashing windows, doors, and seams. 12" and 18" rolls are available for sheathing to concrete slab areas. - Required overlap: 2” minimum overlap on straight seams, recommend 4”overlap changing planes and building materials. - Polyguard's TERM Barrier System products are part of an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program and are manufactured in the USA. - The sealant in the roll is formulated from polymer asphalt.
