Hard pass unless you want it just for the packaging.
The packaging is cute and the color is pretty, but that's about all I can say for this. It is so thick that it is unusable. Perhaps a lip brush would help, but it's impossible to evenly or thoroughly coat your lips with this product by using the wand. As someone who owns over 60 lipsticks and glosses, I speak from experience. Stay away from this one.

YIKES! Ghostly white.
I ordered the white color thinking it would be a sparkly see through white. It is like white paint!!! If you want 100% white ghost lips then this is the product for you. If not, then order a different color! I even wore really dark lip liner and it didn't do anything to make the stark white darker!

A part of my everyday. I'd order again.
Likes: very pigmented so a little goes a long way. More matte than glossy. I always mix my lipstick with a gloss so the pictures are not just the gloss alone. First pic is the gloss mixed with a purple lipstick and the second is mixed with a pale pink lipstick.

Cute packaging, that's about it
The packaging is super cute. The product however is thick and pasty. It barely spreads over lips with the wand or even by pressing lips together and rubbing back and forth.Its almost like nothing was on the applicator each time i pulled it out and back in.The color seems nice once you get enough out of the bottle to feel like you are wearing something.Not sure how often I'd wear this product...not one of my faves by any means.

Lip COLOR not gloss.
This is definitely more of a liquid lip COLOR than a gloss. But a beautiful one at that! Super pigmented. I bought this with the true Red Covergirl Outlast lipstick duos and the Cherry Red liner. Perfect matches. For the price of this, I may just get the other colors for fun!

Not a lip gloss, not a stain.
Outside packaging as described. As others mentioned the the consistency is very thick and not glossy at all. Still a useable product, I suggest wearing chapstick or lip balm before applying, apply and then dab your lips to get excess color off and/or add a glossy finish to it.

It's an excellent accent for Brown skin!!!
Best Lip gloss for my cinnamon brown complexion!!!! Husband really likes it too. I prefer a Marilyn Monroe Red. And it is hard for African American Women not to look like a Black Face Ant Jemima Doll wearing it! I hope that Cover girl keeps this Katy Perry Wine in Circulation for a long time!!!

Highly pigmented & VERY shiny.
It's REALLY shiny. Like, toooo shiny. But that's just my own personal preference. You might love shiny lipstick. I'm able to wear it if I blot the hell out of it. It goes on like a gloss & shines like a gloss, but it's pigmented like lipstick. The colors is nice, although it's a bit brighter than it looks online. Worth the money, all things considered. Meow.

Smells like cheap vanilla and isnt very opaque. Doesnt last very long and is sticky. Dont buy this.
