This pilates arc is amazing for the price. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the styrofoam squeaking.

A must have item
The spine corrector is a must item in all house holds. This is a great item made of sturdy good material. The sit folds.in and out.

Doesnt work well for pilates
Made from styrofoam, not a good material for stretching or poses, as you slip and slide on it. The foldable part slips out while you're using it, requiring you to push it back into place. I've opened it twice, and one of the ball joints is already fraying. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me.

Great for stretching out your back!
We use this as part of our 11yr old son’s physical therapy at home. It has really helped him in stretching out his spine and working on correcting his slouching. He is a homeschooled autistic child with limited abilities, so we do in home therapy everyday.
