People at my gym started showing up with these, and they were so useful I bought one of my own. It fits in my gym bag and isn't too heavy (but also not light). It lets you lift your bar one side at a time to put on and take off weights. It's cheap enough to justify it versus using a weight as a riser. This saves my back some needless pain.

Low quality. Super light weight. It literally has foam where it cups the bar. Will most likely return.
