My sister and I bought this chair for our sister who is handicapped. She lives upstairs but can only use a manual chair since her electric wheelchair she has is not capable of carrying up the steps. So she is dependent on having someone else push her and have to wait for someone to come and grab her. We got it for her birthday and gave it to her a few days ago. I was the one who put it together with “modifications” such as taking the footrests off and switching the controller to the left side since she is left handed. Test drove it as well, and it ran perfectly. I was scarred something may have been broken or had failure of any parts, but everything looked to be in good shape. I’ve seen reviews mentioning size and such. Yes, this runs smaller than “normal” adult wheelchairs. But I made sure to look at the measurements the product description says and knew what we were getting. She fits better in smaller chairs so this size was perfect! Also we were worried about the seat thinking it was a flimsy fabric from what we assumed the pictures looked like, but it’s actually quite comfortable and padded. Don’t know how to explain it but it did have some kind of thin foam in the seat to make it comfy. Foldability is pretty nice and easy. Folds like a manual chair but the handles also fold down. I will say it is a bit heavy though. Can be easy for quick lifts and such in and out of the car, but not continuous lifting and carrying. The breaks are very interesting. While the chair is on, the breaks prevent the chair from moving. You may rock a bit if you really try, but the chair stays still for the most part. I was worried because there on no manual breaks on this chair for extra security, but that’s the only thing I really didn’t like about the chair. Also, at first I highly disliked the beeping when you back up! It is so loud and can get quite annoying! Luckily I figured out how to turn it off on the controller, I just wished it told us in the manual instead of me searching the internet and trying different combinations until something worked. Other than all of that, it runs perfectly for what my family needs and my sister was really excited to have this. The battery holds really well and we hope to test this more if we get to go out for day trips. It is doing well so far and hope this will last us a long time.

Follow up; IT IS NOW AUGUST 21, 2026... THE LAST REVIEW I DOCUMENTED WAS AUGUST 6, 2026... AS SOON AS I WROTE THE REVIEW, THE COMPANY RESPONDED TO ME STATING THEY WOULD SEND A BATTERY... We have not received a battery, follow up phone call and my mother is STILL WITHOUT A CHAIR THAT WORKS!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE.. YOU DESERVE BETTER SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH!! The wheelchair has been down and out now for approx four months. Our mom goes to dialysis three days a week and it's difficult moving her back and forth. We were hoping this would help her and us get her back and forth. NOW, NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY AND WE STILL HAVE A CHAIR THAT DOESN'T WORK!! Not worth it save yourself from a argument! Battery went out and wheelchair and company will not honor replacing wheelchair nor battery nor any part! back-and-forth arguments with this company is ridiculous! NOW our family member is without a wheelchSair and we’re without $500 for the chair! They would not respond back to you if they respond back to you they ask you to call them; I called them….They do not answer the phone! I asked them to call us and they do not call back. Please save yourself from a argument. Do not order anything from this company!!!

I purchased this wheelchair for my brother who has severe respiratory issues and was weak from a prolonged hospital stay. The only issue I have is I ordered the blue chair and received black. Assembly was minimal and took 10 minutes. The chair is lightweight and easy to place into a vehicle, even for an older, shorter woman like my sister-in-law. The charge life is very good, even if it's used daily, we get 2 to 3 days depending on the amount of use. Charging is easy. The turning radius is amazing and makes maneuvering in small spaces easy. This chair has some speed too, we had to put it on the slowest setting lol. It's very stable makes going outdoors possible and comfortable. He's been able to accompany his wife on short walks with zero problems due to uneven road and sidewalk. He hasn't used it in the grass yet, but I have complete faith it'll be fine due to the large wheels and anti tip bars on the back. The ease of raising and lowering the arms as well as legs makes transferring and exercise easy. We did have to purchase seat and back cushions, but they were inexpensive. It's the right height for the dining table, he just raises the arm with the controller and is able to slide in. This chair has afforded my brother with independence he thought was gone forever. His biggest fear was being 100% dependent and a burden. Just watching my brother's confidence grow as he gets around on his own and is able to do things for himself makes this chair worth every penny.

this product deserves at least 10 stars! for functionality, weight, power, comfort, maneuverability, FUN!

Not worth it... I want to return it...easily tips over...grass to concrete or visversa is a NO!!!... Falling and making the issue a complete Failure!!!

I recently had a reamputation on my leg. I used to wear a prosthetic but can't anymore. I opened the box today and in a few short minutes I regained my freedom back and I don't have to rely on anyone to go anywhere anymore 🎉 I wasn't supposed to receive my new wheelchair until Monday but I got it today, Thursday! Very fast and efficient shipping 😁

Great product

My wife was initially enthusiastic about this portable wheelchair, but the joystick controls gave her trouble. I inspected it and when I powered it freewheeling, I could hear what sounded like loud damaged bearing noise from the left side motor. It will not back up straight or to the right. It does function straight forward, but not up to the ride of her indoor chair.
