Would these be good for going running in?

I'm not sure if they would be good for running but it gives good support for walking all day. Physically I am unable to run, I'm fairly old. But I have been very happy with these shoes, they're easy to put on, they are. easy to wash.

Besides the technology being internal, how does this shoe compare to the Athens? I love the Athens and I thought this might have a slimmer profile.

This was my second Kizik purchase, and I liked the immediate, comfortable fit. They were slimmer looking then the Athens. I liked the athletic look of my Athens, but this shoe had a more casual appearance.
