Good quality, compact tadka pan
As I've been replacing coated cookware in my kitchen, this stainless steel tadka pan has been an excellent addition. While primarily for tadka, but when my mother visited, she ended up using it as a small frying pan for tasks like toasting breadcrumbs for soup and frying small frozen potato bites. It turned out to be much more versatile than I had expected.The pan feels sturdy, doesn't topple easily, and the tri-ply distributes heat well for its size.
