THIS IS A WONDERFUL PRODUCT.

Wow, nothing fancy. Nothing chelated, glycinated, nothing anything. Just plain old Magnesium in it's "pure form". What a novel idea. Unflavored as well. 400 tablets will last 200 days. And a reasonable price. The benefits are know to any child. What's there not to like?

I like the simple ingredients of this magnesium supplement. I also like that it is in the form of magnesium oxide. Most of the magnesium supplements I have had previously were magnesium glycinate. I've done some reading on magnesium oxide and am excited to see whether it has a positive effect on my blood pressure. They are coated, tapered-end tablets that are easy to take. The cost was reasonable for this large bottle of 400 tablets. Very happy with this product so far!

This calmed me very effectively! I recommend starting with just one pill because 2 made me drowsy.

Magnesium is an essential mineral and from what I've read, most of us don't get enough from our diet. And magnesium pills, capsules and caplets are usually really big! The pills and caplets have a bad habit of getting stuck half-way down my throat which is irritating to say the least. These caplets are shaped a little different, not quite so blunt on the ends, plus they are coated. I found them to be very easy to swallow. Also, the coating helps prevent the chalky taste.

I use magnesium supplements to stay regular. This had zero effect. I stopped using and switched to a different brand and it got things moving again. I'm not sure this is really magnesium.

This Magnesium 500mg is a nice magnesium supplement. I take magnesium on a daily basis and I do find this one is as good as the one I normally use. Also the caplets are easy to swallow. No upset stomach.
