I liked the look of the laptop when it came out of the box. Not very heavy but a nice feel to the body and I particularly liked the look and feel of the keyboard. No problem setting up until I got to the get started page at the end of introductions which was a puzzle as it did nothing being a blank page with a symbol in the middle and you could not get started on anything.Page wouldn’t close either so it was stuck on top of the screen preventing me form starting anything. I minimised it so I could get started and other than some pages being small ie not full screen, its been fine. I have down loaded stuff and sent emails and played a couple fo games on it and so far it is fast and efficient. I think I am going to like it more and more as I use it. In these modern times you get the operating system and that is it with this laptop and most others I suppose. Not even a card game comes pre installed. I did not take up the pre installed anti virus as it wanted automatic payment form a registered card of £70 renewal every year so can’t afford that!!!! I am an old fogey now and can remember the days when you got a bundle with your PC of loads of good stuff so you could make full use of your. Laptop/PC and ofcourse it had a recordable cd/DVD player on the side. Not anymore. The laptop is essentially blank bare the OS and all needs to be downloaded from the net so that is what I am going to do. Set it up with all the stuff I like and then use it for enjoyment, recreation, communication, chatting with friends. I can recommend it as it has been easy to use so far and promises to be a great edition to my tech at home. So very pleased on the whole.and I think value for money as it has very good specs from what I can see. Looking forward to a few years enjoyment form this tech. Thank you MESH!!

Sleek looking, lightweight, works well for secondary schoolers. Battery life not fantastic, volume is big low too. But overall it’s great laptop for basics

Works fast in everyday tasks. I do office work on it and play games but not intensive real time games so can't comment on how it would do on those. Don't particularly like the backlit silver keyboard - I can hardly read what is actually on each key! Battery seems to run down quite quickly compared to my previous laptop but then that was much slower. Generally I am happy with my purchase.

This is a great laptop. Used every day. Love it.

I received the wrong CPU (mine is the 12th gen apparently) and overall it’s just not a very good laptop. It struggles to run basic things and its battery life was good for maybe a week, but now it dies within 30 minutes of being off the charger cable.

Great laptop for the budget price

All looks no action! The keyboard didn't work and like someone else mentioned the sticky keys couldn't be enabled. When I raised this with the seller they agreed a return and then said the item was not faulty - ignoring to address the issue of the keyboard.
