I actually put these inside of a capsule along with vitamin K2 and the combination was almost too powerful in breaking up clots because healed minor injuries like when I had blood drawn, became unhealed and bruised. That is one very strong feature of Nattokinase. It breaks up clots within hours. Studies also show that this is very powerful for reducing arterial blockages if taken in doses of 8000 or more FU per day. This exceeds the common 2000 FU per the standard dose which has little effect.
