They seal great, but then they are locked after they get cold.** A: hit them on the side a few times to release the seal **Q: Is this shaker NSF certified?** A: Not a clue sorry kitchen shaker I really like it. Ice and heavy and seals great you don’t have to kill it to split it when pouring **Q: What strainer works well with this? The oxo is too small.** A: My julep strainer is a little bit small for these tins, but my Crate & Barrel Boston strainer and my old Boston strainer before that work fine. Well, they WOULD work fine, but I never use these tins. They don't separate easily. I'm talking about needing monster channel-locks or similar. I keep them around for miscellaneous tasks -- but I never use them to shake a drink. **Q: There are two price points, $20 vs $26. They seem like the same product, even the weights.
