I honestly wasn’t expecting to love this waist trainer as much as I do, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The material feels thick, durable, and high quality without being uncomfortable or too stiff. As soon as I put it on, I could instantly feel the compression around my stomach and waist, but it still allowed me to move around comfortably throughout the day. One of my favorite things is how much it makes me sweat during workouts. Even after a short walk or light exercise, I noticed a huge difference. If you prefer a very snug fit, stick with your usual size. If you'd like a little extra room for comfort, I suggest sizing up. I purchased this waist trainer for workouts, walking, and wearing at work since I don't always have time to stay active throughout the day. It's comfortable for both sitting and exercising, though I would suggest wearing it a few times to break it in. The first time putting it on was a bit challenging. The hook-and-eye clasps were easy enough to fasten, but I was initially concerned about the zipper. Once I got it started, however, it zipped up smoothly the rest of the way. For reference, I'm 5'2", weigh about 198 pounds, and typically wear a size large. I carry most of my weight in my lower body. I ordered a large, but I probably could have gone up to an XL for a slightly more comfortable fit. Overall, I really like this waist trainer. The mid-weight neoprene material creates a sauna-suit effect that has you sweating within minutes, while still being comfortable enough to wear for hours. It provides excellent compression, smooths everything out nicely, and offers great support without feeling overly restrictive.

okay so ima give this a 4 because the quality is kinda okay its definitely comfortable tho im 5’2- 5’3 im 175-180lbs 5 months postpartum I was looking for something that’s gonna help me sweat off my waist because just wearing a regular waist trainer to hide my stomach or my hip dips or my back fat is doing enough for me. I need to actually sweat this out and work out I work at a warehouse job and I sweat a lot and so I wanna be able to get the benefit out of wearing a waist trainer so I’m leaving a review to let you guys know. so far if it’s pretty well I got a size large. I have hip dips and that’s something that I struggle with when it comes to having like waist trainers and stuff like that because like they like to roll up and you can kind of see my hipdips and I don’t like that so if you have hipdips and back fat and you’re 175 pounds and you’re 5’2 and you want your waist to be snatched then get this I got a size large. I spoke to AI and they got my sizing right its comfortable, I would definitely be able to fit in a medium for a more tighter snatched look but your back roles would definitely be showing if you was to go to sit down same thing w a small i would be able to fit bc they seem like they run kinda big but it would show your back fat, which is kinda the bad part about wearing away wearing a waist trainer, it’s definitely worth the money edit- if you want to wear a dress or something that skin tight, it would definitely show the bulge in your stomach, so yeah, don’t wear this under anything that skin tight or you’re gonna be able to see a bulge

UPDATED PHOTOS! JAN 6, 2026 (I got SMALLER) I WENT FROM AN XL TO L TO M TO S AND NOW ABOUT go down to a size XS!!! YALL IT WORKS. Started weight 206. Current weight 151.5 lbs. For anyone looking at the XL & XXL sizes for this waist trainer & aren't sure if the XL will fit you (i would size up to the XXL) (Plus you have 3 rows on that to tighten) Hello I'm 28 Female. 5FT5. Almost 5FT6 & currently on a weight loss journey again for the humpteenth time. Anyways. I have gained weight, & around 35 - 50+ lbs that I'm currently trying to lose. Current weight is 196-198 lbs fluctuating. My normal weight is about 139-155 lbs..... but since my current weight is 196 lbs i ordered the XL since i wear XL in clothes but probably should have gotten an XXL. (I had to lose a little bit of weight before i was able to wear this. So it sat in my closet for about a month. Upon unhooking it to open it up and puting it around my waist I got alittle nervous as it seemed to be an inch or more too small & i thought oh no maybe I should have ordered a XXL instead of an XL. I remembered when I had waist trainers years ago that they were a bit difficult to get on at first. I tried my first attempt standing up, i put it around me standing up with extremely straight posture while sucking in my belly alittle bit as I got the first hook on starting from the bottom once I got the first few hooks hooked it got alot easier. I slid down the waist trainer every little bit the further hooks I got done.. finally got it on. Now it's tight but comfortable tight, remeber I'm a beginner I haven't waist trained in years and have gained weight so it's going to take wearing it for a few days to a week to get used to it. I normally wear a tank top under my trainers. I wear this one on bare skin. Its the most comfortable feeling waist trainer I ever had on, it feels thin but is hugging me all around where it's supposed too, it definitely made my waist look smaller, the material is more stretchy in my belly area when I breathe in. Ive purchased out other waist trainer brands from Amazon that were stiff, the wires in them (the bones) hurt my sides and it rolled at the bottom when bending & also the material didn't expand out with my stomach making breathing difficult. As for the last part of getting this waist trainer onto your body..... its the zipper part after you get the hooks on (I'm on the 3rd loosest row of hooks "of course" (i honestly thought i was going to have to walk around with this waist trainer unzipped. It was too small. I needed an inch more to be able to zip up. I had to lay down flat. It took me seveal tries... I almost gave up but once I started the zipper at the bottom & then used both hands to pull the 2 parts of the material closer together to help the zipper go up that helped me tremendously. I've noticed you have to get it on and break it in alittle bit, getting it to fit your body. Give it time it will! Con: Hurts my boobs a bit when sitting (for bigger chested girlies). If you have larger breasts this could be a con but I deal with it. 🤣 I will have to come back & update with pictures of my results of my weight loss journey & waist training journey. I'm going to come back in 1 month.

They sent me crib sheets instead of a waist trainer. Not worth returning. I’ll just donate them. The packaging was miss labeled as waist trainer but the package is see-through and clearly says Crib Sheet. Update: I did order another one. The second one is as described. I hand washed and wore for about 30 minutes. I am 5’7, 265lbs, size 20 pants, usually closer to an 18 for tops and got a 3x. Very snug to put on in all the right ways. Didn’t roll after 30 minutes and didn’t blister. I could see how wearing this could cause heat and friction blisters, so I’m going to work my way up to wearing longer. I’ve never owned one before so I have nothing to compare it to but it works pretty well for what I got it for. As for boning it’s better than some of my favorite cheap corsets I buy on here. For the price I think it’s acceptable. I’ll raise the review to a 2 star cause the actual product is okay, but my first order was not what I paid for at all. Update: now 5 stars. Third one I’ve ordered. This is my favorite thing. I sweat like I’m supposed to, still never have blistered. Have taken to wearing this when I want to tuck my tummy for an outfit. I can wear for hours. Throw on a pair of yoga shorts and it’s better than any shape wear I’ve ever owned. Boning is plastic so it will wrap eventually but Im still wearing the first one I got without any significant warping just had to size down cause I’ve been losing some weight the past 6 months (not due to this). I’m hopping as my body changes this will help to keep me from having too loose of skin, but if not I’ll still be buying for the trimming effect.

All the reviews said to order a size up or even two sizes up. I’m honestly glad I didn’t do two. I’m a large in clothes so I ordered a xlarge, and even on the tightest setting it’s a bit loose. I should have ordered a large. I am 5’7 195 lbs for reference. Otherwise it’s decent just wish sizing was clearer. You can see in the video at the top of the zipper there’s this weird open pocket area.

I took someone advice on the reviews & got a size up & it fit snug but it works good. I can sit down comfortably, it covers all my stomach & back, IT DOES NOT MOVE. I definitely wear this all day. Love it, love it, love it ❤️
