Effective
I suffer with IBS and associated diarrhoea. Tried this and it has worked brilliantly, firming up stools and helping IBS symptoms significantly. I use for a few days and then symptoms improve.

This product has changed my life. I had a family bereavement that triggered my IBS. 6 weeks later and I basically couldn’t leave the house. I went to the GP all tests came back normal so I looked online and found this. I have taken one in the morning and one at night and my stomach is settled, happy and I can live my life again. 10/10!

Good and helpful with IBS. I didn't find that there was a taste unlike other brands and they were the perfect size to take. Only thing is the price, maybe a little too high but if you've tried everything else and nothing works then give these a go.

Does what it says
I been suffering IBS bad this time & saw these so bought. I take 1 am before breakfast 1 before evening meal well BRAT FOOD, can take 2 each time I found 1 is enough, does help with cramps to, I did show my DR these he checked contents of them out on his screen said they fine but check with your own dr but I can recommend from my experience
