Looks and performs as good as virtually identical items costing three times the price. Fitting instructions aren't the best I've ever seen, but it's really not rocket science, just take your time and be careful, because this unit is heavy. I fitted it myself by using a chain attached to the housing and threaded up through the ceiing and floor above, without any problem. It has a dozen fixing points directly into ceiling joists and cross bracing, and it is extremely sturdy, it feels like it's set in concrete. The trickiest part for me was trimming down the stainless steel chimney parts. They're designed to slide one inside the other to allow for different fan heights, but even at its highest setting the parts were too long and needed cutting down using an angle grinder and metal cutting blade. That took about an hour and the result is fantastic. Definitely a focal point now in our kitchen diner.

A great lovely looking extract fan very powerful with the 4LED lights providing support for the cooking area.The only disappointment was that the 240v plug had been stuffed into where the plastic fan cowl sits, which had snapped off one of the fan cowl blades.

This extractor fan works well in a medium sized kitchen, however it can be a bit noisy, especially on the higher levels. It is fairly easy to clean and maintain.

Quite difficult to install, a bit fiddly, but we got there. It looks great in the kitchen and does a really good job.

As good as any hood that are on sale for 2 or 3 times the price. Relatively easy to install as long as you follow the instructions carefully and have help, definately not a one man job! Good extraction power and the lights are brilliant.

Looks fantastic. Works a treat...but incredibly heavy..
