This set is definately great value. They are double size sachets so you can use half or a bit more which I do . I have found these work straight away. I really suffer with the worst painful sinuses, so bad that the pressure in my face every morning and eyes gives me awful headaches ,they make my eyes puffy which really gets me down so when my dad said about my symptoms and what to do I tried different bottles with different sachets . I use two bottles and when I used these sachets I noticed they work straight away . They open easy but you have to guess the measurement so if the water is too hot and you have used alot of a sachet it can have the opposite affect a end up burning and an uncomfortable day! They tear open easy and the taste is what you would expect if it does get down your throat. Im glad I found these then Im not having to spend loads of money keep buying other sachets. These will keep me going alot longer

I am used to another brand which is dearer and smaller doses. This you get a lot of sachets with more in, but my jury is out with this, as this seems to my nasal passages to be a coarser salt based product and a bit harder on my sinus than the other. I do seem to get relief, so it is effective, but there seems to be more of a sting with this than the other. Yes I can breath, so that is good. Not sure about the ingredients being all natural though? Salt is a natural product but not all salts are equal. My big gripe about this is the fact that the pouches dont tear open easily and do so at a point where salt spills out easily. The other brand I have tears by hand and wherever I need, with no salt loss.

Absolutely the best salt packets that I’ve found. They contain more product than most brands so it makes a good strength solution that’s perfect for me. The packaging is just perfect and they are the easiest to open and dispense. Very good quality product and packaging for a great price! I will definitely be buying these again!

I have experienced leaks but that was user error, the nose attachment needs to be pushed on tight. The salt packet is soothing and just the right amount for the size of the bottle. It been safe and it definitely helps with nose breathing. Does exactly what I was looking for! Washing the irritates out my nose✅
