Ten Stars 🌟
This changes everything! Squats are what they should be without any of the instability or joint damage that used to be all I got from trying. The row and ride is light, quick and easy to assemble, and the app is absolutely wonderful. I would never want to work out in a gym so this allows me to work out every day with guidance from a trainer so I get the most out of it. I love this squat machine and wish I had it years ago! I'm 5'10" and this can adjust to fit my reach perfectly. I can't believe how well it supports you so all effort goes to the exercise as it should. No wobbles, no knee pain! Don't hesitate! It is well worth the price! Ten stars! 🌟

Holy crap, this is not kidding around (it's good?)
After the pandemic hit and my gym closed for the foreseeable future, I've been trying to figure out some indoor stuff to do (not a great/dedicated outdoor exerciser, unfortunately). This seemed like a sweet spot between cost and quality - I read a ton of reviews for various products - so I ordered it to add cardio to the weights I have. Um, it is cardio-revving, for sure, but consider this resistance training as well, and it is a beast. You're not going to be able to "just do this" for your standard cardio workout or anything close to it. I generally do pretty high intensity elliptical for 22-25 minutes, and in my first try today, I could barely do 15 reps (seconds). I wound up rotating "sets" of 10-15, resting longer than that in between, for several minutes, doing several rounds of that. Sweaty. And it's definitely working THE HECK OUT OF my glutes, abs, and upper arms. I just need to figure out a workout routine on this thing going forward. I could feel a temper tantrum coming on when I opened up the very small-print, dense directions. But actually, it came together beautifully and easily. It's really well considered, and the bolts and nuts come already in their spots (you take each nut off to attach pieces to each other, but this way you have an immediate sense of where things go). In a mere single use, granted, the motion was smooth, it felt stable - though I can't see a big guy using this (my 175lb teen son might be able to, but I'm not sure). Definitely solid for me at 136lb, 5'5". UPDATE: WOW. This is way better than I thought. I missed the back few pages of the assembly guide that offer directions about how to make adjustments to the machine in order to moderate intensity. This comes set as the most intense (highest resistance) mode. But by changing the seat post height and reducing from 3 to 1 the connection of the resistance bands (if you buy this you'll know what I'm referring to), I can now absolutely use this as a more regular cardio device - it still kicks my butt, but much closer to standard cardio (I was able to do 20 minutes, in 2 blocks, working up a heavy sweat vs. my standard 22-25 minutes on a gym elliptical with medium sweat). So this can really be used, in an intense setting, as more resistance tool, and at a lower setting, as more cardio. This is quite a great option for home exercise.

Compact, sturdy, good quality.
This seems like a stable, easy-to-use upright rowing machine. Set-up took about 25 minutes (including interruptions from the dog) and even though some of the written instructions were vague, the accompanying illustrations made things clear. It might be nice to have a guide for setting the seat and handlebars based on the user’s height. It is small enough that I think it will fit next to my folding exercise bike and weight bench without being in the way when it isn’t in use. I haven’t used it for a full workout yet, but I tried it out for a couple of minutes and it glides smoothly. I had back surgery a couple of months ago and I’m looking for ways to strengthen my core without putting too much stress on my back. It is getting boring just to use the exercise bike, so I think this will add some variety to my workouts. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Helps me to exercise
Putting this together…well it’s easy if you’re mechanically inclined, probably have it together within 10 minutes; unless you’re like me when staring at the diagram and putting 2 and 2 together turns it into much longer. Regardless, you shouldn't need expert set up. Why I bought this? My hips, butt and thighs have taken over and spread like a virus. Doing squats on my own hurt my knees and the popping was awful. I’m sure my form was horrid, so before I totally messed my knees up I stopped. I have a treadmill but my feet hurt after walking. I’m a mess and needed something to intervene and strengthen muscles. So I am the furthest thing from being fit. Day 1: I used it without bands, lasted just under 5 minutes before I was feeling it. No clue how many I did as the counter isn’t reliable...it counts as you move or jostle it and then I noticed it skip by 2’s periodically. So I ignore the counter. Then later on in the day I decided to use it again, stupid me put 1 band on out of curiosity, about killed myself...remember not physically fit girl here. Day 2: Well my knees and feet don’t hurt at all. The top of my thighs, however, are mad at me. Just sitting in the chair/getting back up again is extremely uncomfortable. Using the bathroom…was my toilet always that low? I decided to take the day off and not push my luck and fully cripple myself. Day 3: Well, the top of my thighs still hurt. It’s like my body enjoys being a potato, but my mind and my clothes do not. Nevertheless, I did get on it and do some. Day 4: Little discomfort, back on I go. I did notice I have a bruise on my bum…odd, but okay. It doesn’t hurt and I can’t remember if I bumped into something or what so not overly concerned. Anyway, this is the last daily update until day 30, otherwise this would be even more redundant. Fast forward...from day 5 on I had attached one band and didn’t have any debilitating issues from it like when I first began and started using 2 bands after almost a month. I found that for me leaving it sit in the middle of the floor and periodically getting on it, doing 20 at a time, worked best since after 20 I’d go do chores or whatever, come back, etc. I do over 100 accumulative squats in one day with this method. I did not use this 7 days a week, instead anywhere from 4-5 days a week depending on what was going on. I find this machine has really helped me be able to exercise and that’s what I was looking for. I wish I had taken tape measurements on day 1 to compare, but I didn’t. All I do know is clothes are fitting looser and I don’t feel like I’m going to split my pants when I go to sit down lol. I did create a side-by-side picture of my rear one month apart. It wasn’t spectacular to begin with and still needs quite a bit of work, but doesn’t look quite as “wide”, so there’s that. I really debated doing this, but one gal did and that actually helped me to decide, but she started out smallish (compared to me) so I decided to exploit myself to try and maybe help others with a visual. This won't give magical results overnight, but at least I’m headed in the right direction.
