⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very happy with this patio furniture set. It looks exactly like the pictures and adds a modern touch to my outdoor space. The cushions are comfortable, the frame feels sturdy, and it was easy to assemble. It’s perfect for relaxing with family or entertaining guests. Excellent quality for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for stylish and durable outdoor furniture.

This entire set came in two boxes. I don’t know how they got all the pieces Tetris in these two boxes. It was a pain to put together, but it went together easily. It’s the best set. I’ve had cushions are cushiony. It was a great value for the money it’s very sturdy and looks way more expensive than it is. A helper, putting it together made things go very smoothly.

This porch sectional was EXACTLY what I was looking for and the exact price I was wanting to pay. The size was perfect for my screened in porch. The back cushions are a little thin but for the price I say you would expect that. Would repurchase again. Very sturdy. Perfect height not to block my view outside of the screening. Overall extremely happy. Just be prepared to put a few pieces together. But once you get one put together the rest are pretty quick to throw together.

Pros: - Unbeatable price. This set is less than half of what you'd pay for a smaller outdoor set from Costco or other major retailers. - Great customer service. One of the parts was defective (a hole was in the wrong place). I contacted customer service through Amazon, provided them a picture, and they offered to ship a replacement part the next day. - Clear instructions and easy assembly. I do recommend having a cordless screwdriver with a hex bit as it makes things go quite a lot faster, especially in some areas where it's hard to fit a hex wrench in the space. - Solid construction and heft. Heavy enough that it won't just slide around in the wind; light enough to be easily movable. - Aesthetics. Both the cushion covers and the furniture itself look high-end. Cons: - Cushions are not comfortable. The bottom cushions are much too firm; it's like sitting on a stack of cardboard. Also, the back cushions are too thin, so you can really feel the back of the couch sticking out into your lower back. I happened to have an old 3" memory foam mattress topper, so I cut a square from that and put it on top, and that solved both issues, but now I need to find or make 6" cushion covers to fit it. I thought about taking off two stars for this (it's pretty bad) but decided that for the price and the customer service to give it 4 stars instead. Update: I've had this now for a few months and I'm upgrading it to 5 stars! The bottom cushions have broken in after being outside for a little bit, and the back cushions seem to have plumped up a bit too (or maybe I've just learned to slouch in a more comfortable position). Also, it's rained a few times and the covers have been pretty incredible in their water resistance: there was standing water on two of the cushions, but I soaked up the puddle, wiped off the rest, and the underlying cushion was immediately usable -- no water seeped through at all.

We have had this set for about 5 months now and overall it's held up really well. It was easy enough to assemble and it looks sharp. It turns out it's our 100lb dogs favorite spot to hang out by thr pool. So with that the cushions are just fair quality. They are already sun faded and it's surprisingly difficult to remove dirt from them. Overall we are still pleased with the purchase but wish the cushion material was better. We are always looking for a better furnature set that will survive the wind, sun, and rain!

Very pleased with this set. It comes in two boxes, so a lot of assembly required. But worth it. The cushions are a little stiff at first, but very comfortable after a bit of use. Definitely an upgrade from my previous set.

I purchased this outdoor sectional around a year ago and was initially very happy with it. Unfortunately, the resin wicker has now become brittle and is disintegrating along the top edges of several sections. Despite covering nightly and putting away through winter. Pieces are cracking, separating, and falling away from the frames despite normal residential use. The rest of the furniture is still in good condition, so this appears to be premature material failure rather than ordinary wear and tear. I contacted TianCai Direct and provided photos, and asked whether replacement panels or another warranty accommodation could be offered, but I have not received a response. I am disappointed that furniture designed for outdoor use has deteriorated this quickly. I hope the seller will respond and make this right. I will update my review if the issue is resolved.

This was a present for our son & his wife and I was nervous about how the quality would be after I ordered it. After assembling the first piece I felt comfortable that it would be sturdy, comfortable and good looking. The assembly was not super easy, but total assembly time was maybe 2.5-3 hours for the whole set. Directions were clear, and after I switched to a driver and a T25 bit instead of the incuded (in every box) allen wrench it sped up considerably. The feet are adjustable, the fire table works well, the cushions are comfy and the whole thing looks very nice on their patio. It is cleverly designed and very well packaged. It also costs about what we were going to have to pay for the sofa and coffee table alone, so definitely a win. To be fair, I renovate houses & am comfortable putting together Ikea stuff, so what is easy to me may be slightly harder for some folks, but pay CLOSE attn to the instructions and keep the screws and parts organized and you should have no problem.
