Review: Product is amazing! - First I’ll start by saying I was very excited to get a walking pad and this one came highly recommended. The instructions was simple and easy and literally you can take it out the box and start walking. I love it because it’s affordable, it has many levels, it’s sturdy and durable and doesn’t take up much space. The initial walking pad I received was defective, however, I reached out to there customer service one night stating my issues and the next morning they told me not worry about it put it back in box (I’ll recommend using it for a bit before throwing away the box). They sent me my return label same day and scheduled for FedEx to pick up the machine. Within the week they got back to me that they were shipping my new one 🙌🏾 I’ve been using my new pad from August and I use it 2-3 days a week and haven’t had any issues thus far. They work fast, customer service was amazing and I recommend this product with all my family and friends because it gets the job done. This is a great product for those who need to move while at home.

I received this walking pad about a week after ordering it. It arrived in good condition and came with a remote, extra battery for remote, walking pad, cord, lube, tools, and manual. I wanted to use this device a a couple of times before writing a review. Pros: small, light weight, easy storage, good value (I got it on sale). Cons: if you pause it, it resets the time. The belt has shifted twice so far which causes rubbing. It’s easy enough to readjust but it’s definitely annoying sometimes when you’re in the middle of walking and it starts to make a little grinding sound. As for the reviews about it overheating- I have not had that issue yet. *fingers crossed* i did however get a warranty incase that happens. It’s also only loud when you first turn it on- the walking noise is like any other treadmill. To sum it up- I’m really enjoying it and it works well for what it’s worth. I will say that if you are on the taller side or take longer strides you should get the bigger version. I’m 5’4” and my strides fit comfortably.
