Comfy, warm but not too hot, fits well and over ears. Fits any normal adult head, male or female. And it is so easy to carry in a pocket or tiny bag that I can carry it with me all the time, so it provides a very lightweight way to add some warmth when not carrying a jacket or fleece.It may seem strange that I am reviewing a woollen hat on the hottest day of the year (30 degrees C outside) but I have had one of these all winter and recently bought another one for someone else.

The beanie is designed to be worn on both sides.It comes with a large label tightly sewn onto it (See photo 1)Unless you want to look an idiot you need to remove the label.When I did this I also opened the seem in the hat into which the label had been inserted. ( see photo two)I didn’t expect to pay £27 for a hat of this quality and find such a design fault.Unless you have a skilled seamstress in the house don’t buy itIn other respects it is a warm and comfortable has that fits nicely in the pocket when not needed.

Prompt delivery .Good fit and quality merino wool materials .Thick enough to be warm but still a good to fit under a goretex baseball cap .Very recommendeble .

Very warm and easy to carry must be washed in Shampoo to last a lifetime
