The pillow is comfortable and provides good support, and the quality is generally good. However, there are two things I’m not happy with. First, I don’t really like the colour. Second, the fabric has started developing some bobbling/pilling with regular use. Apart from these issues, I’m happy with the pillow and would recommend it.
