I’ve tried quite a few coffee alternatives, but SoulBrew Rise is the first one I’ve actually stuck with. The biggest difference for me has been my gut. This is okay. I don't know why they call these coffee alternatives as they are simply hot chocolates. This is what I was expecting based on other people's reviews, I was expecting it to taste like a hot chocolate, but I'm still baffled as to why it's a coffee alternative. Anyway, it tastes fine. Wouldn't go so far as to say delicious, but it's certainly pleasant as an alternative if you can't drink to your coffee. Do I feel any different for drinking it, no. Haven't noticed any benefits cognitively or physically or in any way at all.

I really love this drink. I feel well after drinking it. It tastes great, I love the cinnamon which I'm sure calms me and gives an immunity boost. I think this pack should last me 5-6 weeks having a cup a day (I only use a heaped teaspoon which is enough for me). I’ll do a costs benefit analysis though, as this is really expensive. I’d definitely keep buying if it came down in price.

I have been taking this consistently every morning for over a year now and I have to say it has been amazing for my anxiety. All I would say is always remember to research any interactions of the ingredients with any other supplements or medications you are taking to ensure it is suitable and safe for you.
