Update: after using this bottle mount for over a year I an still happy with it. I found out that bottles mounted under the saddle are called butt rockets cuz they fly out if you hit too many bumps. I got the Boa FidLock magnetic bottle holder to solve that problem. It’s as wide as the saddle rails and doesn’t come down all that much. But BEWARE: I would also imagine you’ll need really nice cages because I ride the road with a tri bike and if I hit a couple bumps in the road my bottle will fall out. Now it’s perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Installation was too much of a hassle. *by B***N on September 26, 2024* This product is what it is and works for its function, however if I knew how difficult it was to install I'd have looked elsewhere. The receiving threads were painted over and I needed my drill just to get the screws to clear out the threads. Had to removed the screws and proceed to installing on my bike to find I needed an L-shaped Allen wrench to screw the top screw in because there wasn't enough clearance for my multipurpose tool.
