Good buy
I wanted a gaming PC that would run the most recent games without breaking the bank. I paid £595 for this PC after lots of research. So far I've been impressed. It's running newly released games well at high graphics settings. I was a bit concerned that the components not mentioned in the description might be lower quality to compensate for the low cost, but turns out they are not. It has a decent AMD mother board, Kingston storage, and Corsair SSD. The only slight con was no Bluetooth dongle and the supplied WiFi dongle was only 2.5, but I simple bought TP-link dongles on amazon instead that have worked great. It's a bit loud but I don't mind given I've always got head phones on. I tried adding up the price of the components individually to see if it would have been cheaper to build it myself, but it worked out pretty much the same. Very good value for money, fast, and easy to set up.

There are better build companies out there - for quality and service
The PC in terms of spec runs very well but some issues. The case used is really poor quality, the front vent was removed for cleaning and it is found the latches are not proper latches, but simply two bits of cheap flexible metal that go into the holes, needless to say these all broke off trying to re-fit the front vents and I've not been able to reattach it properly since.I have had prebuilds from Sapphire, Chillblast, PCSpecialist and now AWD. Out of those 4 - AWD are the only ones who do not log activation keys on initial setups. When I lost my PCSpecialist activation key and got reprompted for it - "no problem, show us your order receipt and we will let you know what your key was".Within 2 hours of my initial ticket, I was told what the Windows key was for the unit that they had built and shipped to me.After a year and a half of owning an AWD PC, I got prompted for the key with the watermark. AWD asked me for my serial number, and then after they got it told me that the key was on a box or pack (they don't even know which) and would have been in the original AWD box, which I no longer have since a house move and whilst there is a chance I did keep the key somewhere, it'll be a pain to hunt down in the loft.I was disappointed 1) because why bother asking for my serial number then? it makes no difference to the second instruction given in that case. 2) Keys for customers are not logged anyway, so if the customer needs that key back later, you can't help. As someone working in IT Support that's unacceptable, you bet when our clients call us we can tell them what their W11, ESET, Adobe etc keys are.Would I recommend AWD? No. Their PCs are good value (albeit rubbish cases), but the other three options are far better. Especially when you've spent over 800 quid.Note further to this, I've had a port issue with a GFX card and despite claiming they give a full 3 year warranty on their website, they don't actually honor this. I do not recommend buying from this seller. Amazon are offering full refunds on products from them, seems they've dealt with this nonsense before.

Won't buy here again
Case come with 2 very underpowered fans, seller sells this exact case with 3 fans on their own website.CPU fan, I was under the impression I was getting the one that come with a Ryzen 5.... No, it's cheap and nasty.Motherboard - not what I thought I was gettingm half the size, 2 RAM slots. Only 1 slot for the WiFi card (which you gotta buy and install yourself)Psu - also not what I was told I was getting. Was under the impression it came with a 550w yet here's a 600w.I had corrupted files straight outta the box.The amount of bloatware on here is ridiculous.Contacted support about a light on my motherboard and the machine not fully powering off no matter what setting I change, asked for pictures which I sent with in 2 and a half minutes..... 4 days later no response! For £650 I advise going somewhere else, build your own. Very on the fence, I may still return mine.

Good
It was as described, worked fine, all component boxes with additional materials were included and was incredibly securely and safely packaged. Only small gripe is the Wi-Fi dongle, it’s not great. Functional but the (cheap) one I had lying around was superior.
