It is good - feel it is healthier than other oils

Neutral flavour / fragrance oil, works in eastern+western cuisine.
Use for: cooking high heat Indian & Thai recipes- which need a neutral oil, to not overpower the taste of spices. Cannot taste the avocado. Clean taste , not greenish hue but yellowish odourless oil. As a regular user of EVOO, I tried this as a substitute, because Avocado oil has a higher smoke point than olive oil, meaning that it doesn’t burn and smoke as quickly. Gives me more options for cooking techniques that require high temperatures, such as sautéing, grilling, searing, baking. Website says: -Verified Non-GMO and Certified Glyphosate Residue Free Avocados. Tips - Is a healthy fat- but still a FAT source. Great lipid profile (like olive oil, unlike coconut oil) see pic. -Allergy alert: may cause reactions if sensitive to latex or birch pollen. Do a patch test on the elbow. -I use it as a carrier hair / face/ body oil - as its non sticky, absorbs fast. ( have dry . mature skin). Bit pricey for size, but a good option to try it out. -Try it it : in coffee, mayo, salads, lentil hummus, broiled tofu, smoothies, bug repellent ( recipe in pics), enjoy your experimenting :-) I read reviews, before I buy on Amazon, so like to share my experience too. This avocado oil is good and easy to use.

Very good but...
Nice texture and flavour but has a bit of bitterness to it when heated.Not overpowering but is noticeable.Nice sweet taste though if not heated.
