Are these running shoes easy for a 5-year-old to put on alone?

Yes, the straps are a lifesaver. My kindergarten can do it himself now. No more struggling with laces before school.

How's the grip? My kid runs everywhere, even on wet pavement.

The grip is excellent. The wavy pattern on the sole really works. I've seen him run on damp playground surfaces with no slips. Feel much safer.

Is the cushioning good for all-day comfort at school?

Definitely. The padded insole is soft and supportive. My daughter says they're her comfiest shoes for school, from recess to gym class.

Do they last? We go through shoes quickly with rough play.

They've held up really well. After a few months of daily wear, the soles show little wear and the toe area isn't scuffed up like his last pair. Very sturdy.

Are they worth the price?

You get great quality. They're cute, super easy for kids to use, tough enough for play, and work for school and weekends. A solid purchase.

Love them❤️

I bought a 12.5 toddler for my 5-year-old, his foot is 7 inches and has good growth room. My judgement they are very lightweight and seem to be durable. Love the lace up look even tho it's Velcro. As pictured I ordered the spider man design. I would absolutely say it was worth 30 dollars they are cute, lightweight, but worth every penny. He absolutely loves them and he's not taking them off yet. He says he can run so fast in them and that he feels like he's walking on a cloud because it's so squishy and comfortable. He sleeps with them to prevent his siblings from grabbing them 🤣🤣🤣 so considering my son is the owner in user of these shoes he would recommend them to other children don't know if it helps to throw in there he is autistic and mute so it is sensory approved ❤️

Great-but no traction

Fits perfect. Looks cool..but there is absolutely no tread or traction. My poor boy ran across the tiled living room because he was excited and completely wiped out. It’s like a smooth styrofoam. I just need him to run around on the concrete for awhile then hopefully they’ll stick better to the ground.
