(stop shopping) 3rd Brand of Coffee Warmers, 1st one that WORKS
Does everything as you would expect. Buttons are great, functionality, options to choose from. Please don't change the product. Couple of tips from an old guy that likes hot coffee: - Standard coffee cups have CONCAVE bottoms, so you want to cover your coffee cup. I have tried 3 warmers now, and my "favorite mug" will still lose heat with any desktop mug-warmer other than my STOVE. I spent a lot of money on a stainless, flat-bottom mug, but its not as big as I would like, and I still like my 30-year-old Dad Mug anyway. I am using the thermal lid that came with some random product (on top of my ancient mug), and I'm very happy. - (just saying) if you were to buy a flat-bottom mug, and use a LID for your cup, it will be TOO HOT to drink. The highest setting of this product is hot, and if you fix the heat escaping from the top, it will be hard to get any coffee into your body. It is that hot. - If you take your coffee seriously, and you get this product, you will want a PAD of some sort under this product. (See attached picture). This thing is a heater, it is excellent, and it normally sits 1/8" off of your desk. Your desk will get hot. I put 1/8" plexiglass/plastic under mine and my desk still gets hot. I went to hardware store and found some raised sticky FEET to raise that plexi, 1/8" off of my desk also. Now I'm not concerned about multiple years of extreme heat to 1 spot on my desk. - When I'm halfway done with my coffee, I can discard the lid, because the warmer will suffice on highest setting. I like my coffee to be hot. Sipping hot. With the lid on, and when coffee is low in my cup (easier to heat), I WOULD need to reduce the heat to be able to enjoy my coffee. - Now I have gotten lazy, and I just bring the coffee to the warmer (no lid) and if it starts off HOT, I enjoy it without a lot of delay, and then when it is 1/2-way down the cup, the heater can keep the temperature that I like anyway. - If you have a flat-bottom coffee cup, many heater-products can keep your coffee at a temperature that you like. I have 2 other warmers, both with great customer reviews, but without a lid none of them are great. This is the best one I have found, and with a LID on my cup, it works better than I want it to. Nice problem to have. I've finally found a way to drink coffee over 30 minutes. I'm buying another one for my other desk.

Solid mug warmer with data
Mug Warmer - 36W Coffee Mug Warmer for Desk with Temperature Display, 2-12Hrs Auto Shut Off, Smart Candle Warmer - Ideal Coffee Gifts Accessories Keep Beverages Coffee Warmer (Wood) (Wood) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CCP46DK9 Purchased December 2025 TL;DR ("too long;don't read" summary): overall positive. Pros: Broad base gives a sturdy support Heats up quickly (within a minute) Three temperature settings: 130, 150, and 175ºF (but..) Different color for each ttemperature: : 130 (blue), 150 (purple), and 175ºF (red) Memory: the unit remembers your chosen settings the next time (providing ...) Timed auto shut-off Manual push button switches for power, shut-off time, and lighting Attractive faux-wood finish Cons: Gets very hot in the middle, especially with concave-bottom cups Not much difference among the temperature settings Memory setting requires you to press the power switch mutliple times Switch placement on front of unit makes it hard to see and push without sliding the whole unit Maybes: Actual temperature(s) wildly inaccurate.. but who cares what the number is as long as it does its job. The surface is not quite as easily cleaned as advertized I bought this to replace a previous cup warmer that went kaputt after 3 years ("Coffee Mug Warmer, Cup Warmer for Desk with Auto Shut Off Smart Temperature Settings...", https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JH1QY6P) I've been using this for about 4 months now to keep my coffee cup warm while working on the computer. The first thing I noticed was that the heating surface gets very hot, even on the lowest setting ("130ºF"), hottest in the center and progressively not so hot towards the edge (as makes sense). Since I often hold the cup bottom in my hand or lap while thinking about what I'm doing on the computer (or just daydreaming), this could be disconcerting. Curious, I measured the surface temperature on the 3 settings using a laser infrared temperature sensor (not medical thermometer) [Kizen Infrared Temperature Gun - Handheld Surface Infrared Thermometer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VSHR9M6]. Given the known problems with using such a device in terms of calibration, distance and positioning, this was just for comparative measurements. Also, I didn't make multiple measurements to average experimental variation.. too lazy now that I'm retired from lab work. This confirmed my burnt-finger test that the center gets very hot and tapers off towards the edge (see picture). Interestingly, there was not much difference in the equilibrium temperature (what it settles down to after an hour or so). The graph in the picture shows how it heats quickly and then adjusts with time; I assume this is a design choice and a good one, since it gets you going quickly before coming down to a more moderate temperature. Some other observations: * The memory feature is good, but... the way it works is this. you set the desired temperature (let's say 150) by repeatedly pressing the power button and wait 10 seconds to allow it to remember the setting. Then if it turns off automatically after a time out, the next time you press the power button, it starts with your remembered setting (i.e. 150ºF). But .. if you want to turn it off manually, you have to push the button twice (in this example) in succession because the first press selects the next temperature (130). If your desired setting is 130ºF, no worry. * As other reviewers have noted, the pressure needed to work the push button switches is hard enough that it moves the whole unit unless you use two hands (one to hold the unit); also it's hard to tell where the button is unless you look from the side (front). I fixed this by placing it on a polymer trivet (see picture). * Cosmetic issue that doesn't affect its use. After some use, I noticed residues from dripping coffee. (this is visible in the picture). A fresh spill is easily cleaned with a damp cloth (after cooling of course), but after a while, it can get baked into a hard layer that defies easy cleaning. I didn't want to use an abrasive cleaner on the ceramic top. But, remembering an old geezer trick for cleaning your windshield, I used a single-edge razor blade to carefully scrape off the gunk. There was still a little stuck around the embossed lettering. Here's what I did to tame the beast. 1. I took a metal cooking grate ["HARFINGTON Round Cooking Rack 6-inch 201 Stainless Steel Cross Wire Barbecue Grill Net with 20mm Legs.." https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C9LPVP8X] and ground off the legs to provide a convex surface above the heating block (picture). With this setup, the cup bottom gets warm-to-hot but not burning hot and yet keeps the contents warm. 2. I marked the position of the power switch with a dab of White-Out© so it's visible from the top. I also placed the unit on a trivet to keep it from sliding (another reviewer did this to insulate the bottom from the table). The last picture shows the final setup.

Keeps beverage HOT!
Best mug warmer I've every used. It gives you the option to have the beverage 3 different temperatures, from warm to HOT! Plus it shuts off automatically in case you forget. Love it.

Loving my hot cups of coffee ☕️
I’m really happy with this coffee cup warmer so far. I got tired of drinking out of a tumbler, so now I can use my favorite mug and keep my coffee hot. It has three temperature settings, which are great. The only thing I would change is adding an option lower than 130 degrees. When I have a full or half cup, the 130-degree setting keeps it just right for me. However, when there’s less coffee left, the next sip can be much hotter since the heat becomes concentrated in those last few sips. It also has a temperature memory feature, which is great—whatever setting you prefer will be the one it uses the next time you turn it on. Another nice feature is that it fits a variety of widths, including soup bowls and different-sized mugs. It would definitely make a nice thoughtful gift for someone. All in all, I’m very happy with it. The faux wood design I chose looks great in my office.

Nice Look and Nice Features
I just now received this cup warmer so my review is a first-time use. The entire black surface gets hot, but just the part within the white circle. The buttons are firmly in place (not flimsy) and feel like they should hold up to a good amount of use. It has a timer that goes 2hr to 12 hr and you can change the heat settings via the power button. Heat ranges 130 degrees to 176 degrees. The wood look is nice and gives the warmer a nice modern look. My most liked feature is the area where it heats up (where you set your mug) is indented just slightly so I don't have to worry about my mug sliding off. Also, there's lights at the bottom front of the warmer and they change color. This is a very light-weight warmer and even with rubber feet on the bottom, it moves easily. I did not consult the manual for my initial use and found it very easy to use. I'm pleased with this warmer and the price was within what I had budgeted for.

Pleased...
So far, pleased with this purchase. Attractive little warmer. Not cheap looking even though it's faux wood. Like that the setting buttons are on the front vs the top. Plus, have to press buttons vs being sensitive to the touch. My curious cat would sometimes turn on the warmer I previously had because settings were on top and a simple touch would turn it on. Was SO not safe. As for heating, not sure of the difference between the 130° or the 176° setting as the 130° setting keeps drink quite hot (coffee/tea). Don't really notice the difference between the settings. A plus, my thick/large ceramic mug warms up quickly. MUCH quicker than my previous warmer (7-ish minutes vs 30!). My previous warmer had to be on the 180° setting to keep it hot enough. This is my fourth warmer in about 2 years! Hope this one lasts a long time.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I looked at A LOT of mug warmers before ordering this one and I definitely made the right choice! I have a strange morning routine where I wake up at 6 to make my tea and take my ADHD meds, set an alarm for an hour later and go back to sleep, then ready to fully wake up and have my Yogi Vanilla tea with Snickers creamer. I tried everything to keep it warm in my favorite mug but it was always lukewarm at best. Don't know why I didn't think of an actual heated mug warmer. The 3 heat settings are versatile, I use the lowest temp one which is plenty hot for me. I chose this for the overall aesthetic of it and base lighting that corresponds to the heat level as well as the exact temperature setting (130 degrees on low w/ blue lights) so in my semi-conscious state I know it's on but won't be too hot. You can choose no light if you prefer, along with an auto-shut off timer. The heated plate is larger than I thought but works for my 16 oz mug and would be plenty big for candles. Nice long power cord, good color choices including the dark wood that matches our bedroom furniture well. I highly recommend this warmer, just consider the measurements as it's larger than many on the market. Would make a great gift, excellent value for the money and so far very reliable.

This warmer will not disappoint.
I ordered this warmer to use as a candle warmer. Oh my, this warmer fulfill the task. I am amazed with the workmanship and the features of this warmer. To let any one know, please try this warmer. It functions just as described. Its has an automatic shut off for safety. I have mine set for 4 hours and like clock work, it shuts off on time. I set my temperature on 176F and it heats my candle up in a matter of 5 minutes. To everyone who reads this review, I am so thrilled and satisfied with this warmer that I ordered four of them. I give this warmer 10 stars. (5 extra stars, because it is worth it.)

Good HOT Temperatures!
Just fabulous! REALLY keeps your drink hot! Not comfortably warm,...hot lol!!! Nicely designed and good looking. Several choices of temperatures, and auto shutoff. Your cup will not slide off, due to the proper design. (I have another one, beautiful, sleek, modern, works perfectly, only less hot, but is round-shaped, slick tempered black glass, with no edges, so my cup or mug, has often slid right off the element, if slightly bumbed, or not replaced exactly centered on the warmer.) So design was important to us this time. This unit is vented underneath to prevent over-heating. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Well made. A quality product. I'm very happy with it and love it! Highly recommend!
