Its a value for money product, easy to use and has been a saviour for my before party ironing needs. Perfect to steam iron any dresses, gowns, lehangas, coats.

Do not buy this garment steamer! If I could give it zero stars, I would. This product is a literal safety hazard. Cheap, Dangerous Build Quality: After less than a month of normal use, the steam pipe completely melted. Because the material is so low-grade, it failed under its own heat, causing boiling steam to escape and severely burn my skin. This isn't just a defective product; it's an accident waiting to happen to anyone who turns it on. The Warranty is a Complete Scam: Do not let their "warranty" promises fool you. When I reached out to the company, they casually informed me that their warranty literally covers absolutely nothing. It's just a marketing trick to get you to buy. Nightmare Customer Service: Getting in touch with them is torture. I have spent months chasing them down, and they provide zero assistance. They drag their feet for weeks, offer no solutions, and simply cannot be trusted. Final Verdict: Save your skin and your money. This is a third-grade, poorly engineered product backed by a dishonest company. Avoid this brand at all costs!

Good steamer but pipe got damaged quickly The steamer works well and heats up fast, but the pipe quality is very poor. It got damaged very quickly and started blocking the steam flow. Good performance, but durability is disappointing.

This garment steamer is very useful and easy to use. I gifted it to my papa and it really helps him a lot. My mummy also finds it very convenient for quickly pressing sarees. Even my brother and bhabhi use it regularly. Steam output is good and it removes wrinkles easily. Compact and handy product for daily use. Totally worth buying!

The streamer is good and i felt better after i use the steamer for my blazer . But the problem is the the mahines the layer above the tube it is very weak whrnin use it for 5 months it tore apart

The product was useless, even the steamer didn't work for 10 minutes, Steamer gun meltdown completely, no quality and extremely dangerous. We brought the steamer in to Qatar and unable to return.
