I'm not a runner but find its really good when I'm hiking as frees up my hands/ arm for balancing when going up/ down tricky mountain paths. My dog is good a walking to heel so I don't get ' tugged'. There's a extra ring which I attach my poo bag holder and can also fasten treats bag too.
