Great value running lead

This has been an absolute game-changer for me & my fur-baby. I have sore shoulders and my poor dog has gone without a walk because he pulls so much, but this lead attaches around the walker's waist so he pulls against my bodyweight instead of my shoulder. Both myself and my pooch give this product a 5star review. Product is well-made with a lockable clasp for extra security. It can also be used in a number of various configurations (which we haven't needed so not tried). I recommend this product over the higher priced alternatives.

This is brilliant for hands free dog walking. I'm not a runner but find its really good when I'm hiking as frees up my hands/ arm for balancing when going up/ down tricky mountain paths. My dog is good a walking to heel so I don't get ' tugged'. There's a extra ring which I attach my poo bag holder and can also fasten treats bag too. The waist strap occasionally slackens which is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

I have recently taken on a lively young adult labrador who has been poorly trained by previous owners. I have some back problems and she was jerking my back all the time when I was walking her on a traditional hand-held lead, leaving me crying with pain and thinking I would have to let her go to someone else as at the moment it's impossible to get dog training classes where we live. This lead has helped to sort it all out. It secures to a belt around your waist and there is just enough spring in the lead to absorb those lurches when the dog stops suddenly to squat or spots another dog/bird/food item on the floor. It seems well made and strong, and to be honest for this price if it breaks in a few months I would just buy another one. It's big enough to go round me (I'm a pretty stout person!), my fleece and my padded coat, and you can adjust it to make it smaller if you are lucky enough to be skinnier than I am (but perhaps a few more months of all these walks and I will be skinnier too!) I am using it with a gentle headcollar and have found this to be an ideal combination for a strong dog who pulls and lunges unexpectedly. Walking is a pleasure now. I actually feel safer walking at night for having my hands free, too. Thanks Adogo, I am so pleased to have found your product!

I purchased this belt and lead to keep my rescue mini Poodle safe when we are out walking particularly in icy conditions. In recent weeks I have accidentally dropped his retractable lead and also slipped and fallen so I wanted a way to ensure that should I drop his lead he will not run off. The sash and lead are well made but the photo of the belt which you can wear over your shoulder or around your waist is far shorter than the one in the photo. There are also no instructions in the package when it arrives. The forked clip which connects the two ends of the sash has a locking clip which is a nice feature. As the lead is also a bit short, I clipped the two ends of the lead to the two D rings on the sash and threaded the handle of my retractable lead through it. This has worked well because it means that if I drop the lead or I need my hands free, I know my dog is still tethered. But if the two pieces could me made a bit longer that would be a benefit. That said I would still recommend.

The lead is of good quality material with sprung hooks at either end, a "bungee" type mid-section and a short non-bungee section with a hand loop at one end. The belt is made of the same material, fully adjustable, with a locking buckle and two D-rings to attach the lead to. I bought this lead for the obvious reason of hands free running. I had tried using standard leads in the past with a belt looped through the handle, but found that this caused sudden jolts when running with the dog. With this lead, the dog can safely go a little faster, or slower and the bugee takes up the slack without causing the jolting. The bungee is loose enough to allow this, but firm enough to let me/the dog know that it is there. When running off the lead with the dog, i attach both ends of the lead to the D-ring. The excess lead length then comes about 3/4 of the length of my thigh, and i just bunch it up into my pocket to prevent it slapping around. If pockets are unavailable, attaching the ends to the seperate D-rings helps reduce the slap. Some people have remarked on the loss of elasticity with these types pf leads. I could probably imagine this being the case if you were to take a dog that pulls hard on the lead, but in normal use (by which i mean the "taking up the slack when running" use) I can not see this being an issue with this product. All in all, I would have no problem reccomending this lead for the purpose stated, and have had many admiring looks enquires about it when out running.

I bought this after a broken leg left me in an external fixation frame and on crutches. It was the perfect solution to get our dogs out. I only take one at a time. The band and the clip are sturdy and comfortable. The elasticated dog lead is ideal. The metal clips for the dog collar appear to me to be substantial and well made. My dog is medium sized and there was no issues at all. I would recommend this as a hands free option for anyone. If your dog is well behaved on a lead in general.

First impressions Easy to understand instructions. Good quality strap. However, the elastic has a little too much Stretch in it. Quality/features Has multiple different possible uses and functions as a dog lead - can be held as normal, strapped around your waist or shoulders. Use Have used it for a month now and have had no issues, other than the lead being a little too Stretchy - this is why I've given 4 stars. Overall, would recommend!

Le produit est bien conforme à la description et est de bonne qualité. La laisse est assez courte pour empêcher mon chien de s'éloigner de moi. Je l'utilise pour courir, mais aussi à vélo ou en trotinette. Je l'utilise tous les jours et j'en suis ravie.

Il prodotto è veramente valido anche in relazione al prezzo pagato. Comodi i vari anelli dove agganciare il porta sacchetti igienici. Usato per correre col mio cane, di 28 kg, la lunghezza perfetta per avere un ottimo controllo sul cane senza intralci. Come sempre arrivato velocemente.

Molto comodo , pratico ed elastico! Sembra abbastanza resistente.. lo utilizzo da un mesetto e mi sono trovata abbastanza bene .. bisogna stare un po’ attenti all effetto “RINCULO” , all inizio non essendo abituata, quando il mio husky tirava improvvisamente, ho rischiato di essere trascinata per terra, poiché l elasticità causa un effetto molla! Ma è solo questione di abitudine!! Ad oggi reputo che sia il miglior guinzaglio che abbia mai avuto poiché ho le mani libere per qualsiasi necessità !

Attention ce n'est faut que pour des petits gabarits. Je fais un 36 et niveau taille il n'en faudrait pas plus pour ne plus réussir à le fermer. La longe est plutôt courte quand on l'attache a la taille ce qui est bien pour garder le chien bien au pied mais un peu trop court si on veut un peu de "mou". Personnellement, je la rallonge avec une autre laisse du coup pour pouvoir avoir les mains libres en courant mais avoir quand même un peu de longueur pour que mon chien puisse courir plus librement
