Farmer Foodie, Cashew Parm Golden Chedda Vegan, 6-Pack

I’m severely lactose intolerant and have been since I was on second grade and am now 42. Anyways I love this tasty vegan cheese. It’s addicting ! I’ve tried both the Italian blend and cheddar over and cheddar one is one I get from now on. Best ever!

I use nutritional yeast often, starting from sprinkling my scrambled eggs to adding to slow cooker cheesy soup, most important is not to overdo it and just have a right amount. I thought this would have cashew flavor boldly but I can most definitely taste yeast more than anything so I absolutely use it on all my food, tastes pretty fresh and flavorful, but it doesn’t really stand out by any means if I just use yeast on its own.

I was so excited to finally see this product on Amazon. It is the best plant-based Parmesan by far, and I've tried most of them. You can add water and mix it into a queso that is so creamy and delicious. I mainly put it on pasta as a topping to create the umami flavor that I miss from not eating dairy anymore. Would 100% recommend any skeptics of plant-based cheese give this a try.

Very happy I bought this! It really added a lot of flavor to a soup I'd just bought that was kind of bland... Recommend! Also, I think that the 3.50 oz size will last me longer than most spices (or similar products).

The ordering and delivery were fine, I usually buy another Parmesan cheese alternative and decided to try this more economical brand. Taste wise it’s ok/ little bland. I’m pleased however with the ingredients and the fact it’s vegan.
