What is the total length of the pins when fully released? I need a 19mm elastic but the pin length when extended needs to be a tad longer to stay in.

The pins work just fine with the 19mm. The pin has a little slide you pull it to add the pin. Once in, let it go. It will the go to full length.

What is the actual width of the fabric part of the band for the 18mm size?

18mm is the size of fabric ( it's the same width as the pin length). just measure your pin and order that size band.( the pins are super cool too, has a little latch that makes them easier not to launch across the room when putting back together.)

How many straps do you get?

i got the 3 in the picture ( it was a 3-pack)

Does this fit for the garmin forerunner 265s? new to smartwatch bands not sure if all 18mm bands will fit the watch. Thanks!

It depends on the smart watch. Look at where the band connects to the watch. Measure it with a ruler. That will tell the size. I am not familiar with the Garmin watches. You can always return the bands if they don't work out for you.
