great read
Fast pace, look into the life of a true entrepreneur. The author does a great job of breaking down what led him to be successful and how to build a successful team and run a successful organization. I highly suggest if someone is looking to grow their business to look into this book.

unique insights from a unique leader
I’ve read plenty of business books and a lot of them share very similar ideas. This one is unique. Brad Jacobs is an extremely interesting and impressive human being, and it’s a cool journey to go inside his head. It started off a bit slow but by the end of it I was highlighting every other word. As a corporate employee of his latest conquest (QXO, formerly Beacon), I can confirm that he means every word he writes in this book and is following through on all these same ideas. I hope to someday get to experience one of his MORs live — I hear they’re quite something.

Some Great tips in sooting for the stars
I have read hundreds of business related books in my 48 year career. Brad Jacobs recently invested in our company, which made it a must read in my collection well written and so far extremely fun to read.

Simple to read, but wise advice(s).
This book exceeded our expectations. The author clearly outlines practical steps for M&A and makes a notable effort to avoid jargon. I highly recommend this book.

Amazing Lessons. Average Writing
Brad is undoubtedly wise beyond compare and shares his wisdom freely. But the book is not fun to read, the writing could have been more engaging, and the sequencing of ideas seems half-baked.

Quick, easy, prescriptive read
Easy read, very prescriptive and short. Not a whole lot of depth, but that wasn’t my expectation anyway. Brad has done great things and has succinctly drilled his success down to a few key concepts - perseverance being number one.

On your road to success, you have to look for thinking patterns and systems used by people ahead of you. This books goes in detail on both these topics by providing thinking patterns and systems used by Brad Jacobs that led him to achieve the success he did. Overall, a great read.
