I purchased this rain jacket to take on a trip to Costa Rica. I never was able to use it there, because we had nothing but sunshine the entire week! I have used it since, in light and moderate rain. It works to keep me dry. The inside of the jacket has been dry after each use.The quality and workmanship of the jacket is great. It fits well with extra room to move around and to accommodate a sweatshirt or sweater. I love the pockets!The color is pretty accurate compared with the listing photos.This rain jacket will hold up over years of use for me. I'm very happy with it.

Love this jacket! It works well as light outerwear. I wouldn't say its for warmth, but its roomy enough to fit over another light microfiber jacket I like. It is great as the outside layer and the wind did not cut through it. It is stylish and I like that it is longer and covers my behind. I have another jacket from a well known brand and it makes so much noise when you move. The fabric of this jacket is so nice and its quiet! Love the color, too.

This was a nice jacket. I would have kept it if I only needed it in town. Great length and fit. It felt heavy and durable. But because it was heavier it was not so great to pack for traveling. I returned it instead, chose a lighter weight jacket. I have liked this brand for other outdoor clothing.

I bought this for a trip to Ireland. It was perfect as it rained most days. It was warm enough and the hood was great. It had a little "bill" that sticks out (or you can fold it back). It kept the rain off my glasses! Color is beautiful and fit was great with a little extra room for a sweater when needed. Zipper is covered so it was completely wayer proof. Best raincoat I've ever owned!

This is such a pretty rain coat. I originally sized up, thinking that I would need/want to be able to wear something warm underneath when needed. I sent the XL back and ordered a L. The large has plenty of room for a warm sweater underneath.The length of this coat is lovely...so nice to have it be longer than a jacket but not down to my knees. I ordered this coat in black and also in blue...sent the blue back...it's dark, almost navy...not what I want. The black is more to my liking. So although it took me a couple of tries to get it right, I'm finally happy with black in Large.I've not tried the coat out in the rain yet, and since that is the purpose of my purchase, the verdict is still out. It is a bit rubbery and will be more comfortable with a long sleeve shirt underneath, but the coat is thin and can be used in summer. I did run the sleeve under the faucet and water beaded up on the fabric, so that's a good sign. Now, I'll just have to wait and see how the seams hold up to a true downpour.

Best fabric- it really resists hard rain. So far it has never failed. I’d buy any Baleaf jacket with this fabric! From the description, “ Waterproof & Breathable: 2.5-layer upgraded fabric offers 10,000 mm waterproof/10,000 grams/m2 breathability rating, keep you dry and breathable in the rain day.”

Used this in light rain for 1.5 hours while visiting the Colosseum and the rain went right through it to my clothes. I was left uncomfortable for the rest of the day.Also, I find the logo on the front of the jacket to be too large and noticeable on the black option.

Nice jacket but the material is very stiff.
