I can adjust it easily with the Velcro straps so it stays in place even while I’m moving around the house.For cold therapy, the packs come out of the freezer pliable enough to contour well to my wrist and hand, providing a solid chill without feeling like a block of ice. For heat, a short time in the microwave gives me soothing warmth that helps relax the joint and surrounding muscles. The optional thumb opening helps position the wrap so it covers exactly where I need relief.A couple of small notes: the cold lasts about 20–25 minutes before it starts to warm up, so if I want a longer session, I swap in the second pack. Also, if the Velcro edge brushes bare skin, it can feel a little rough—easy enough to avoid by adjusting the strap or wearing over a thin layer.Bottom line: This wrist wrap is comfortable, versatile, and quick to use whether you need cold for swelling or heat for stiffness. Ordered the 2-pack to help with my carpal tunnel, using one for heat and the other for cold, and I love them! I find them very effective for my exercises and use them both 2 or 3 times daily. Not only do they fit well (the thumb hole and velcro help keep it in place without being too tight), they also keep their temperature as long as I need them to (~20 min at a time).Only slight issue I had was one of them (the one for cold, which I kept in the freezer) started leaking/oozing after about 2 months of use, however I emailed the company and they replaced it for me with zero hassle. They responded that same day, were very friendly and professional, and I got my replacement in the mail about 2 days later with no charge. Honestly one of the better customer service experiences I've ever had, and the replacement seems to be holding up beautifully.

This item is perfect. It can be used warm or cold - I first froze them and found them too colsd. Just wearng them even after chill or heat is gone is helpful. Has some weight but not unmanagable. I love that I can not type again. When I rest my hand on the compter the pressure feels wonderful instead of hurting. Excruitaing pain and swelling is gone. Cannot praise any higher. Design is very secure - no slippage. Not so big, or thick as to restict use of hands. Life changing.

I recently had wrist surgery and this set has been amazing. We keep them in the freezer and I go thru both of them every evening before bed. These are so much easier than the ice packs that we were filling up. After approaching two months post surgery, just reaching into the freezer is much nicer than filling up the ice bags. And these are nice and flexible to wrap around your arm and the Velcro sticks everywhere so it’s always a custom fit for you.

The wrist wrap is great and the material is nice , but I don’t think the product stays cold long enough .
