I didn't expect these things to work as well as they did. I put some dish soap and some water into the purple one and used it to wash my hands. (The sink was full of dishes so no room to wash the dog). I thought that the holes were too tiny for anything meaningful to ooze through, but the water/soap mix freely came out through those little holes. When I pressed on the rubber on the back where you fill it, a squirt of soapy water came out the other side. My dogs have short hair, so I think either of these will work on them o my long haired cat. I also thought that the smooth plastic on the back would be slippery when wet, but because of the ribs along the edge, I was able to hold onto it just fine. Overall, these work great.

It came two to a pack. It is easy to fill with the shampoo of your choice. The little silicone nubbies are slightly firm but soft.Initially the shampoo didn't come out very well. I ended up adding some water to thin it out. Then I pressed on the stopper a few times to make the shampoo come out. It seemed to take a minute for me to work up a lather and get it spread all over his coat due to the amount of shampoo that was coming out. In the end, I just used my hands.

The purple one is very gentle and moves smoothly, whereas the green one is stiff. The rubber cap is relatively secure so the shampoo will not leak from that hole. Only thing is I wish the dispenser hole will dispense more shampoo.

Dog Bath Brushes are quite good, our dog like them. They are sturdy, but gentle.Our dog enjoys the brushing and bath time. One handed design is good, the bristles are good.Cons: soap part is confusing, not fully functional.Not sure if a shampoo has to be deluded with water to work? Top cover made of hard plastic, bottom is hard resin. So how are those dense dog shampoos suppose to come out? Presumably either to add water or just use it as a brush.

I was very surprised with how well these brushes worked! They're super easy to use and I feel like I'm able to give my dog a whole new level of a scrub down. Plus it's so much better to have an option other than my hands to get all the dirt and grime off.

Update: 2nd use, unless the dispenser is filled to the top, the shampoo is hard to dispense. I had to add water to fill it in order to get enough foamI received two dog bath brushes that are fine for our Bichon/poodle mix. The shampoo spreads evenly and gets into his curly coat. He like the feel of the brushes, too.Good product!

Nice design to add liquid soap into the top of the unit and then you can water/soap the dog up much easier than trying to squirt soap on separately. It's a comfortable hand-sized unit and the seal for the soap compartment is secure.

I love the colors and overall design of these dog bath brushes. It is easy to hold in my hands while trying to bathe my dogs without having to pump shampoo from a bottle. Unfortunately, this does not dispense enough shampoo to properly wash my dogs.
