How expensive are the filters?

Depends on what type the ones that come with it are cheap I found em for around 15 bucks now u get into the NATO gas mask filter for fallout then anywhere from 50 to 80

Can anyone give me insight on how to assemble? I got most of it, but unsure where the black rings go.
